Did a quick pickup order 1 waffle. The waffle was burnt. Anyone who acknowledges that they burnt a waffle and serves it anyway genuinely does not care about their job and did it purposefully. Never returning

The food was really good and the waitress was very nice however we realized Midway through the all-star meal (*2) that we hadn't gotten our waffles yet, and got them to go. Also I had ordered some onions in my hash browns and did not get them. Other than that it was not a bad experience at all. Will definitely give them another try.

Just wanted to leave a review about my experience at this location. My waiter was really rude, the bus boy was very kind but you could tell the waiter had huge resentments towards customers. She wasn’t wearing her name tag so I asked for her name and it’s Kayla, the one with reddish hair.
I can’t imagine how many other people she treats like this.

We came into town and of course we had to visit Waffle House. It was a group of us together and there was no one in the restaurant. The waitress told us to sit anywhere and my husband made a joke about it. It wasn’t a bad joke. He just asked her if she was sure because the restaurant was empty. don’t know if this is why she decided to treat us with horrible service. But tell me if I’m wrong. She takes our order and for one makes sure we are the last ones that she took. That is not the problem. When she takes our order she asks us about the Waffle and we thought that a regular waffle was decided. But in the end when she brings our food out she says that because we substituted sausage for chicken (we don’t eat pork or beef) that our order did not include the waffle. I asked her how come she did not say this when we made our order. She totally ignored my question. Ask me this who goes to Waffle House and doesn’t order a waffle. I thought and thought and thought and realized that because my husband was laughing Ang joking (not even with her) with his buddy, she decided to be petty. The meal we got was the All Star and we had gotten that when we first arrived at another Waffle House and the waffle was included. So I’m leaving this review to let Waffle House know that they lost this one. Treat your customers better. I’ll go and buy a waffle maker before I go back. In the end, I stopped eating and told her to take my plate off of our bill. She was still asking us if we wanted to pay for the waffle.

This Waffle House is my go-to spot for a treat every few weeks, and it never disappoints. I’ve loved everything I’ve tried from the menu, but my absolute favorite is the hash browns with cheese, onions, and jalapeños—cooked well done, of course! The staff here is always friendly and attentive, making each visit feel welcoming.
For a 24/7 restaurant, it’s impressively clean, including the bathroom, and it’s located in a nice part of town with easy access. Great food, great service, and always a pleasant experience!
When my husband and I are traveling, we'll generally stop at Waffle House to grab a bite to eat. They have a variety of breakfast items as well as lunch or dinner .items. We know the food will be good, and you can generally get in & out pretty quick. At this particular waffle house, the young lady who waited on us was very friendly, and her service was great.
