Went to the drive through last night around 11:30pm and the lady said it would be 35 min for a hamburger you can wait in the parking lot. There store is open till 2am…. So not sure what’s going on at this location but wanted the manager to know. Seems like the staff there is not trying to work. Hopefully this goes back to whoever owns the franchise as I am sure they don’t want to loose business or employee people that don’t do there job and turning away there customers.

So the 4 person crew were assembling a few orders so I waited patiently. My first interaction with the manager at the cash register was “Hurry up are you ordering” she’s running a tight ship but customer service isn’t the goal. She seems angry, annoyed, frustrated. I would have concerns about her solving any issues nicely.

We used to love they’re breakfast burritos but the last few times we have gotten them, they have gotten real cheap with the insides. You are lucky to get 1 potato in there and gotten a lot smaller. Probably won’t go back anymore. Also you can’t dine in as they always say they’re short handed
Food order had to be remade twice and they still got it wrong. Fries were hard and cold and the container wasn't even half full. They also forgot apart of my order. Was really disappointed to spend this much and have my order so wrong. The staff was also unfriendly, they seemed really annoyed that anyone was even walking in the door to place an order, this included the shift manager. They were yelling about locking up the doors so no one else could come in. Just really unprofessional. Will not be back to this location. I'd rather drive out of my way to give business to people that actually want it.

Huge surprise, food made fast! Taste just as good as it used to 40 years ago. They gave a huge smile and manager checked during meal to see if it was alright. A+++

The employees were the most rude people. We waited for a while going through the drive thru, someone finally answered me after I said hello 3 times but she yelled and said I AM HERE! As I proceeded to order, she told me the system was shut down. I circled around to go back through because I knew she just didn’t want to take my order and surprisingly enough, the car in front was getting to order. I have given this place so many chances and I have never had a good experience. Needs new management or something.

Had a mobile order through the drive thru. Woman told me “mobile orders have to come inside.” Never heard that before in my life. Went inside and asked the lady at the front if that’s a new rule or something? She told me she has no idea what i’m talking about. Had to wait inside for more than 20 minutes. Crazy..Then i was made with attitude when they forgot an item with my order. I’m willing to drive to a further Wendy’s just so i don’t have to go back to this one ever again.
