why would anyone need 13 pack of ketchup when ordering a small fry. is paper/food cost not an issue anymore. this cost is passed down to us your customer.
I waited in line over 20 minutes for my order to be wrong and ice cold fries. The person working the drive thru speaker was so muffled that you couldn’t understand her. The car behind me had to ask what she said 3 times. It seemed to me that the staff was under the influence of something because they couldn’t understand that my order was wrong and they didn’t even care. This store needs to be investigated for drug abuse, very sad location.
