I rarely have positive experiences here but today takes the cake! I ordered online and was still in line for half an hour. Fortunately, I had no where to be, but several others pulled out of the line. They need some corporate level support.

This location is my go to Wendy's! I was a little disappointed this time though. I had a craving so I went there and ordered a #2 combo, sour cream &chive potato, and chili with cheese. Got home to sit down and eat. No fries with the combo, no receipt, crackers for chili or sour cream. Tried calling the store, no answer!
Always judge a restaurant by its bathroom. Floor was sticky and urinal was too shallow.

Dining in is always a pleasure here at this location! Customer service is excellent! My food that I order is always expertly prepared and presented! My thanks to the persons who make the burgers for they are always nice and neat! Prepared with passion! Not just slapped together! Also not to mention the employee Megan..she is just an amazing person..she never stops working..making sure the restaurant is always clean and prepared for customers! Megan always makes you feel welcomed here as she says hello and asked if everything is ok with you food and services! What a pleasurable experience!

This Wendy's is on S.College Road the service I received from Wendy's drive thru was absolutely GREAT that young lady even tried to lower my bill i above and beyond with service I order the Baconator and I got lots of bacon on two different occasions on the sandwich may also recommend the tropical twister I believe this is the name

I went through the drive thru, places my order. Order was repeated. Order was correct on the receipt. Got home. The order was incorrect. I could understand if they were busy. They were not. Haven't been there in years. May not try them again. They do still have very reasonable prices though and if the order is correct the food is decent for fast food as well.
