I waited over 14 minutes for bacon nator combo. Fries were lukewarm and only one slice of cheese. My bag of food was left sitting on their counter, no warming station. Female workers had hair everywhere without caps. Will not go back...

Ordered Dave's triple, they gave me an old double and added a patty. Pisses me off. I go to Wendy's for a fresh hot burger and that's what I get occasionally.

I've been patient with this review and tried visiting a couple times but it has been disappointing every time. This time I felt ripped off because I paid for 6 nuggets but only got 5. I don't know why ketchup was on my baconator. I sure didn't ask for it. Last time my salad smelled like sweat and made me sick. I can't go back to this wendys

I will never return to this terrible restaurant. The cooks are so rude and lazy. Will spend my hard earned money in better places. The cook with red hair was the worst looking person I've ever wasted money on.

38 minutes to get 10 chicken nuggets and a kids meal. After 25 minutes we got our food. Then I told them we are still waiting for our frostys. The lady told me the would have to put more mix in the machine if we still wanted them. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager said “What? It’s Saturday, we are busy!”

What happened to this place? I remember when there was a grandma that cleaned the tables, swept the floor and made sure you had everything you needed. Now garbage is piled up and overflowing onto the floor. The condiments and napkins are empty and the tables and floor are dirty and sticky. Yeah, I like Wendy's food but I won't go there if I have to be concerned for my health by eating there.

They are literally the slowest drive thru. They take an order and have the car pull to the window and don't take another order until that car pulls away. They've done this on several different visits. The cars are always wrapped around the building. The night shift Manger needs better training.

This might be the slowest “fast food” restaurant I have ever been to. The staff was rude and rolled their eyes at me. Do not come here unless you want terrible service and mid food.

Got to the speaker at 5:25 and didn’t get my order until after 5:50. There was no line and I had already ordered on the app, all i got was a biggie bag. The person on the speaker rudely said “don’t honk the horn in my ear” when it was the people behind me honking anyways.
