Don't go past 5pm... the customer service will be consistently worse than anything you've ever experienced. Management included. It's almost like there's a terrible service competition they're trying to win. I wish I was joking. It's awful and corporate should step in

Went on lunch break waiting 10 mins In the line to only get back to my work and notice small white hairs in my food def highly disappointed never again
Paid almost $12 for a combo only to get crusty stale bread and dried burnt burger and ketchup all over the sides of the burger. Hardly even editable. The place was not even busy as there was no one in line in front of me or behind me so they could have spent a little more extra time on making a proper hamburger.
