I want to give a huge thank-you to Joshua (Store Manager) and Courtney for the outstanding service they provided during our visit to the Market Street location in Wilmington. They were incredibly polite, patient, and helpful with both me and my fiancée. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine. Because of their professionalism and positive energy, this store has earned our loyalty. Highly recommend!

I was there around 11:10 or so went to get some food and I told the guy at the mic that I wanted a number 6 no mayo extra tomato large with a doctor pepper what I got was a Dave’s single with medium fires and a large drink I’m very disappointed in this interaction because I’ve been a assistant manager for Wendy’s before and I’m highly disappointed in the situation

Terrible place to be a customer, but probably an awesome place to work. I tried to use the drive thru but nobody spoke up for a solid minute. So I went inside to see what was going on. I saw a bunch of people with their arms folded who looked like they'd been waiting awhile. Maybe this was ok back when fast food was cheap, but now that these places charge as much as sit down restaurunts they've essentially asked to be held to a higher standard. But I suppose whoever manages this place has lower standards than me. Judging by how relaxed and aloof the employees are, I bet people LOVE working there. Lots of down time and no pressure to satisfy the customer.

I ordered online and my order went through no issues got to the drive thru to get my order 20 mins before closing and through the speaker the employee just said they are closed so I tell them I had an online order and the website wouldnt have let me order if they were closed plus my card has already been charged and they rudley told me no they were closed and I can cancel my order and get a refund....wasted the gas to drive 13 mins to go get food for them to decide they were going to stop serving whenever they feel like apparently

This is the worst place to have a quick bite to eat when it’s somewhat late they can never and I mean never get the order right tonight milkshakes were completely melted and faint my whole order was completely wrong I gave the place many chances but I will never waste!!!! My money there again and I strongly advise anyone else to avoid this place like the plague… … oh and side note 2 years ago a drive thru worker actually stole the numbers off my friends credit card and purchased $200 dollar pair of shoes.

Made my third attempt at going to Wendy's and ordering their French toast sticks. For the third time the outside looked somewhat cooked but the inside was mush. While I'm here I have a request. Stop using B-grade peices of Romaine lettuce on your burgers - it sucks. I give up.
