Once again this location can't seem to get an order right. I can't even count the number of times they have gotten my order wrong. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with only pickles & onions and it came with mayo, lettuce, and tomato. I ordered a lime Coke and received a diet Coke. Also, no straw or napkins were put in the bag.

The worst Wendy’s in town - I will be doing my best to avoid ever ordering from them again. No basic courtesy and no real communication. I sat at the drive thru window and waited a while for my food, so I got on my phone and instead of saying “here you go” they just silently stood there holding my food until I noticed. Then they asked me to pull forward after handing me my frostie and did not give me a straw. I sat parked by the door even longer and when I got my bag I had no straw, no napkins, and both of my sandwiches were completely wrong. I drove back around, got my straw, and handed then back the messed up sandwiches. A minute later, they handed me back a bag with two sandwiches. These were in fact the same sandwiches they messed up and they had simply “fixed” them in the kitchen. Utterly terrible service and I’m going to try to avoid ever coming back.

This morning ordered thru drive thru 2 sausage biscuits and 1bacon egg and cheese biscuits. The sausage was very spicy and biscuits were wafer thin and crumbled apart.
The bacon egg and cheese biscuit turned out to be sausage not bacon and sausage was very spicy and biscuit crumbled.

Food is always very slow. Even if I do a mobile order the wait can easily be 15 minutes. It’s cheap fast food so not expecting much but it’s almost always a mess at this one.

They weren't that busy and there was plenty of help but only a few were actually doing anything. They also made my frosty first so when I finally received my food, it was half melted.

Pulled in drive thru to get a chilli & a very unfriendly person told me “just a minute” twice. Then she finally took my order. Drove to window & waited again. Then Tia finally opened the window & asked what I ordered. Then gave me the price. Never said thank you or acknowledged me in any way. Tia needs a job that doesn’t require public interaction!

This is literally the worst ran business in general. Always takes 30 plus minutes just to get your order, and it is always 100% wrong. I am very aware that this is a fast food restaurant, but I mean seriously??? How is every single employee so incompetent that you can't even make 2 burgers that are ordered the exact same way, made completely different????? Corporate might as well cut their losses and close this location.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen went into location got no response staff never acknowledged there was 1 other customer waiting in line for his order and couldn't believe the service. The wanna be manager was to busy making fries and staff member even said there is customer waiting and nothing. Never will I go to Wendy's locations again obviously the management doesn't want customers and it shows. Good thing there are other fast food restaurants close by

I had to go through the drive thru because the dining room was closed. I waited in line for fifteen minutes behind three cars. Once I finally got up to the speaker to put my order in, the obviously uneducated worker asked me to please hold on. After five minutes of eternity I asked if someone was still there. She again mumbled for me to hold on. After another 7 minutes, I asked again if anyone was there. She said, "be right with you". I definitely knew what the problem was with the people in line in front of me. It was not that they were indecisive. It was the absolute incompetence of the workers at this Wendy's. They didn't even have to worry about the dining room; it was drive thru only! She fiiiiiiinally told me to go ahead with my order; I simply got a JBC and a medium chocolate frosty. When I pulled up to the window I noticed the problem right away. Everyone working there was just standing around or walking around talking to each other; even the manager lady. That's what happens when you set a bad example as a leader. I had to wait another five minutes for them to take my card and another five minutes after that for me to get my food. Add all that time up, and in the DRIVE-THRU! When I worked at Wendy's, our goal was 1 minute drive thru front to back; three minutes tops when we had less staff through the slower hours.
Then when I fiiiinally got my food, the frosty was all foam and no frosty; wasn't even frozen. It was foamy and room temperature. The JBC was decent, that's why I gave the food 2 stars.
I will never go here again! Plus, they'll be closing this store soon...

Wow I don't what's going with this Wendy's location, clearly there's some issues we have employees getting threatened and verbally abused racially so much going on just to get some fast food definitely won't becoming back to this location and the management needs to be aware held accountable to protect the employees.
