I understand that this is a fast food restaurant and won't have 5 star service and this Wendy's supports that claim. There's consistently a long line no matter what time I visit, and it's apparent the root cause is the place being extremely understaffed. It’s frustrating to wait longer than necessary for a simple meal. However, the sole reason I’m giving this location two stars instead of one is because of one standout employee. Despite the constant pressure and rudeness from customers, this staff member remains incredibly respectful and composed. Their demeanor is the only bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience.

Myself and 4 other cars of people tried to enter the lobby at 12:44pm today (Thursday) all lobby doors are locked. She only way you could order food was to go through the drive-through, after 15 minutes of waiting in line in about seven other cars behind me we got our food. I told the person at the window they were people trying to get in and she never apologized she just looked at me and she said “well there’s only three of us here,so…” Meanwhile all of the lobby signs on the door are saying that they open the lobby at 11. She was very rude. Def wouldn’t come here again.

13 minutes with employees saying someone will take my order as they walked around and joke with the large set bald white manager. Glad all three employees had time to go to the bathroom. This use to be the good Wendy’s. The only worst is there by New center commons. If ya want a Burger PT’s is right down the road from both locations. They’re cheaper and better! I’m done with yall Wendy’s your managers and employees are worse than the car wash up the street from both locations!!!!!!!!!

I went through the drive through Saturday evening and after I got my food I noticed that the girl didn’t give me my card back so I called back to ask her do she have my card and she said yes so I went back to get my card and then the next day my card had been used for a Uber so I knew the girl had to take pictures of my information so please be careful using your card through the drive through

On a Friday at 1 am,(they close at 2 am) and nothing else in the area was open. I went here and got back to work and my burger was not done. Don't go later nite!

This Wendy’s is aweful !! I work near by and try a get breakfast a few times and every time they have computer issues ! Or they’re closed cuz not enough staff . The other morning I just drove off cuz I sat there for 10 mins and they were having “ issues “

Worst Wendy's location in this area. As a DoorDasher, I deal with ALL of them and I can say that hands down, this is the one with the worst management and don't care attitude of them all. I don't know how these people keep their jobs. They close the dining room super early and then refuse to take drive thru orders...while the manager is outside puffing on her cigarette. It's a district wide problem though. If I see a Wendys order pop up on screen, I won't accept the orders anymore. I've had to message too many customers to tell them how the restaurant is unwilling to prepare their order and to call customer service for a refund. Maybe Wendy's corporate will eventually get tired of the constant complaints with this location and finally make the necessary changes...but in the meantime...I would suggest that delivery customers choose a different chain to order from because you're likely not going to get the meal you ordered here anyway.

Wednesday 11/14 @ 750 pm all of the employees was in the dining room on their phone. The manager was on her phone . The tables had food on them. The food was on the floor.

If I could give this particular Wendy’s a negative ten million I would. Every time, and I mean every time I try them they mess up the order. Simple orders. Ordered 10 piece spicy nugget they give me 9. Added a 4 piece and they failed to include and also forgot the son of a baconator. Of course you check the bag and then catch attitude for questioning the order. Knowing there’s a very high probability that it’s going to be wrong. Avoid at all cost. I seriously hope this location goes out of business.

The only car there and Sat at the drive thru waiting to place my order for 7 minutes. Asked 2x if they were open only to get a very angry "just a minute." Parked and went inside. 3 employees sitting in the lobby and one eating a frosty in the drive thru nook ran to the back behind the grill when I approached the counter. No one got up or offered to serve me. I asked again if they were open with no response. Left with nothing. If you're on strike, simply say so. Porters neck NC.
