Wheelz Pizza was a crowd favorite at our community event—yet again!
From start to finish, their team was exceptional: communicative, professional, friendly, and full of positive energy. They arrived early, set up seamlessly, and quickly became one of the most popular stops of the day.
This wasn’t their first time at our community, and they continue to impress every time. The pizza is always delicious, fresh, and served with a smile—no surprise they’re such a hit!
Teardown was just as smooth. The team packed up efficiently and left the area spotless.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Wheelz Pizza for anyone looking to serve up amazing food with outstanding service!

I went online today and ordered two pizzas for myself and a couple coworkers. The order went in at 10:54, for a 12:45 pick up. I arrived at 12:40’ish. The guy that finally came out from the back (he looked like Rasputin) said - you ordered the two pies, they’re the only orders we have. He said he would be right back. 10-15 minutes he finally came out with the pizza. I have to assume he didn’t even start cooking them until l arrived. While l was waiting l noticed on the board on the wall that they had a lunch special - the pizza and a can of a Coke product. I asked him do l get the cans? We did order the two pizzas. He actually either had the audacity or the stupidity to say - no, you didn’t order it that way ? I said - so you’re telling me that l can’t have the 2 cans of Coke, even though we purchased the pizzas? He said yea… So quickly informed him that we would not be returning to purchase any more pizza. We can give our money to another pizza shop. Now about the actual pizza - it was ok. I can’t complain. Under normal circumstances l would return for more, but not with that kind of service. He was willing to lose all our future pizza over 2 cans of Coke ?

The pizza was just okay. The white pizza was a lot better than the soppressata. I had high expectations after reading the reviews and it was a big miss. Pretty sure they forgot about our order as it took 15 min after we arrived to get our food that we called in. Hate tipping before hand when ordering because of this.

I decided to order a pepporoni pizza for lunch to satisfy my hunger and boy did I choose the right place! I ordered a pizza online and went down to the store to pick up my pizza. Although it did take 5 more minutes to bring the pizza out than it said online it was worth the wait. A very nice employee who told me his name was CJ brought out my pizza with a bright and spectacular smile. I hope every person who comes here is able to meet this employee - he even left his phone number in the box! (defiently was the reason for the 5 star review). But the pizza was even better, even if the sauce was on top of the cheese it still tasted good. Pizza was surely a must have. My only concern was the loud fans (do they not have ac? Those poor workers?)

We ordered a pizza from the food truck at Flying Machine Brewery in Wilmington. The pizza was very good but my husband was told they don’t give change. SO, they gave themselves a generous tip?
Parkway of Wilmington feeds their staff on Saturday's, thank you Parkway, and we were lucky enough to have Wheelz Food Truck and people let me tell you they are outstanding, can't wait to go to the restaurant. Two thumbs up for sure, super nice as well.

Ordered online 3x's from this location. First time delivered by DoorDash on time. Next, we ordered 2x's online for store pickup. Both times the order was not ready when we arrived at the designated pickup time. The young man who dealt with us was rude both times. The first time, while we were waiting, he put the order on the counter and did not tell us. We waited 15 minutes while he took orders for 7 men in a group. When I asked where our pizza was, he said he told us it was on the counter when he put it there. Never said "sorry" or anything. Two weeks later we ordered online again (6:00 pm). When we arrived after 6:30 (so we didn't have to wait) we were told by the same young man that it wasn't ready - they would not put it in until we showed up. When I mentioned the wait last time, he said in a smart tone, "I don't make the rules." Unfortunately, it is great pizza, but we will never return due to poor help and rudeness. Wheelz pizza is consistently delicious- we love the white pizza and buffalo chicken especially!! On my last order had a missing item, the manager called to make sure we were taken care of on future order. Love wheelz!

When I got finally got my pizza after 2 hours of waiting - it was not fresh, and I told the host to call because of how many people were sooo disappointed and dissatisfied. When I asked the host what ended up happening with them, she said that she called the restaurant, and the manager/owner Mr. Will answered. He was SO RUDE to her, kept blaming her when that is farthest from the truth. WILL ONLY SENT ONE EMPLOYEE to cook for a party that they knew was going to be hosting more than 60 people including myself. WILLs unprofessionalism was not okay, he didn’t even apologize for the short staff, long wait times, and quality of the pizza that we all got. WILL did not even offer ANYTHING for the inconvenience it caused everyone at the party.
