Went at noon and saw a roach crawling on the counter behind the oven. The seating area was filthy and it looked like someone spilled soda everywhere. Our shoes were sticking to the floor.

This place is the grossest of the gross. Every single Sammy in our order was missing some thing or wrong. French dip had no dipping broth , no cheese and weird old mystery meat. Meatball sub had no sauce. Grilled cheese for my vegetarian daughter had salami and pep on it and my wife’s Philly was supposed to be hot on wheat and was cold on white. Bag of fries was half full and cold. Family of 4 got 4 Sammy’s, two drinks and an order of fries and it was over $50. Staff consisted of three 16 year olds and place was empty on a Saturday at 7:30 and still took 30 minutes… STAY CLEAR!!!!

Feels like this place is about to close down. Or maybe they should have already. This location is a shambles. I’m not even willing to get into the problems they have here.

Placed order over 30 minutes before arriving. The lady at the counter claims the order just came in. I could literally see our receipt on the other side of the counter when I walked up. Everyone who came in after I did as walk-ins got their orders before I did.

I was really bummed about them closing their Mayfaire location because I lived closer to that one, but their sandwiches are worth the drive across town, and they serve air- fried French fries which I would rather have instead of chips.

Went in and the 3 employees working were overwhelmed with orders and waited over 15 mins to be told that the sandwich I ordered I couldn't have because they were out of the meat and then I was told I could come back the next day to get a refund when the manager was in the store. I have worked in food service and there should always be a manager or assistant manager on duty especially when your staff is mostly teenagers. They did the best they could but for a corporate sub shop your location should never run out of product or have no manager on duty.

The owner needs to get in here we waited 40 minutes for our sandwiches. The employees were so slow and not apologetic at all. Three guys in there and 1 was making sandwiches and the other 2 were just standing there.

Edit: the owners response just further shows why you do not need to spend your hard earned money at this establishment. The owner clearly doesn’t care about running a better establishment based off of peoples poor experiences. You’re lucky not more posted bad reviews, the whole place was filled with angry customers waiting on their orders. Instead of blaming the customer for not being understanding, why don’t you listen to what people are telling you and not allow 3 15 year olds to a run a business?

Took an hour for us to receive 4 basic turkey sandwiches. A sandwich. It took one hour. Perhaps they’re making their own bread and yeast back there, who’s to say. The whole store (that being only a handful of customers) were waiting and staring at the employees who seemed to only present the illusion of working, but not actually doing so. Once they finish a sandwich they don’t call it out, they expect you to mind read and come grab it. This was the wait of a steak dinner, not a simple sandwich.
(The reply to this is the most unprofessional response I have ever heard. Have some class. This is why you consistently get bad reviews. Also, in person and online orders are quite normal and simple to handle.. we’ve all worked customer service.)

Today was very bad. 3 young boys working, they were polite but had no clue what they were doing. Groups not getting orders at the same time, my family literally finished and I still waited 10 more min, about 1 hour in total for all 3 of us to get our 3 sandwiches. One lady stood at the door telling people to leave as they walked in. This is the fault of the management not supporting 3 teens as they learn. I don’t blame the kids they were really trying but organizational skills they lacked. Two out three of our sandwiches were wrong but we just ate them and left.
