Stopped here on vacation for dinner with my family. The idea and concept seemed interesting so we thought we’d give it a try.

The good- staff was pleasant and helpful, place was clean, food was affordable, and the selection was great.

The bad- sandwiches had very little meat, the bread fell apart, and they were out of 2 soda’s on the fountain. Nothing memorable about this place. We all noticed the sodium seemed high as everything we tried was very salty. From the steak to the turkey, it just wasn’t anything special for a place who seems themselves as “Superior Sandwiches”.

Apparently closed on Sundays despite hours on door, saying they’re open and nothing posted to the contrary.

Ordered double meat online. Paid almost 5 bucks extra. Asked the woman making the sandwich are you sure you guys did double meat when I picked it up because they’ve forgotten before… she assured me it was double meat… yeah don’t think so …. Last time I order from here.

Rushed to get to which Wich the pointe, after work meeting wife. Pulled up at 815 pm. The guy was turning off the lights as we pulled up. The web page says till 9pm. This is not good business practice. Slow or not you stay true to your hours posted. That's what customers reference when choosing options for a place to go eat and places that stay open when they are supposed to, for people who work outside of 8-5 hours. The guy sitting outside looked quite smug coming out, smoking his vape and carrying a business type bag, hope that wasn't a mgr or owner.

Unfortunately it’s a case of consistency. I’ve eaten here about 10 times total. First and second to last time was best sandwich I ever had. Every other time has been inedible.

I think it depends on who is working and it sucks there is such inconsistency with how they make their sandwiches. When it’s bad it’s BAD; talking undercooked soggy bread, absurd amount of sauces (like wtf?), hard pepper stems, and forgotten ingredients. If it was a 50-50 shot of getting a good sandwich I would give it 4/5 stars. But it’s not really worth the risk when I’m paying $15 for a large sandwich I can’t even eat half of. The majority of the time I visit. Never again

While the food was good I had one of the worst food experiences of my life. I got a lettuce which and when it came out it could not be put in the bag. It was literally an entire head of lettuce not a few pieces to wrap the meats and cheeses. This made it extremely difficult to eat and not enjoyable at all

Was picking up an order for my family, we always go to SubStop but they were closed, and google suggested this nearby at the pointe.....my grandma apparently had to tell the order for all our sandwiches 2, and even had the guy read it back to her, when I got there the doors were locked and they had unlock them to let me in, this was weird cause it was the middle of their opening hours, regardless I gave them the name on the order and they said they were out of fries, offered me chips, I said no and they told me it'd be 5 minutes.....I waited but this guy kept glaring at me the entire time as the others made food, really off putting, I got the food and left, came home and all the sandwhiches were missing condiments from mayo to some special vinegar my grandma wanted, peppers and onions my grandpa cant eat, we called not to get anything out of it, the manager apologized and said she'd look into it, so we wont be going back and recommend to friends to SubStop, due to this horrible first impression experience.

Cheap deli meat on tasteless bread. Did not even bother finishing my sandwich. Save yourself some money and eat elsewhere.

My first visit was a memorable one. I had the Corned Beef Reuben with Saurkraut and 1000 Island Dressing on white. There were unlimited combinations of things to add. I ate it with the basic ingredients. My wife and I dined outside. It was warm but pleasant in the shadow of the roofline. Fast, friendly service. Unlimited fountain drinks. Good music.

One of my favorite places for lunch! Good sandwiches, good service, and affordable food! I always get the black bean patty sandwich, fries, and a drink. It has great options if you are vegetarian

First time here and I got their Italian muffuletta, quite yummy. I didn’t get any kind of sauce on it which I should’ve cause the sandwich without it was kinda bland. My boyfriend got their plain turkey with cheese & avocado. He asked for it heated but the turkey was cold, and the avocado tasted weird. But the employees were very nice.
