We have eaten at two of these different franchises and their sandwiches are consistently excellent. Well worth the price. A lot of ingredients of whatever you order. Highly recommend these restaurants

Descent sandwiches but they've revamped their menu and lost some favorites. This particular 'Wich's dining room is typically a mess. Employees setting up shop in the dining room, taking up valuable space for customers. Hard to hear when your sandwich is ready.

Please take the time to read this: I really appreciated the customer service they had. It was amazing. I also loved the art aspect when you can draw on the bags. However, when I got my sandwich they heated it up when I didn't ask them to. They never asked if I wanted it heated up and just assumed. I was a little annoyed but when I ordered my chocolate milkshake and forgot it, this put me over the top. I know it was mostly my fault but the fact that they didn't say the name or remind me that it was mine is just annoying. Otherwise it was pretty clean and the workers were so nice.

Well , I was kind of disappointed a woman named Maria helped me she was not only rude but it also took her forever to help because she was busy running her mouth to the employee . I kind of didn’t even want to eat there anymore I would want someone to know if my business was being ran horribly.

Poor timing getting fries out with sandwich. I finished sandwich and fries still not done. Left without them. No apologies and finisher scolded me the second time I asked. The fries are good, but the machine does not work for producing volume to keep up with demand

I should have looked at the reviews before I went here. The service was subpar and the food was not very good. I don’t know I just wouldn’t really recommend, also a bit pricy for a sandwich.

I use to go here weekly when I worked across the street, always had great sandwiches, plenty of options, and great staff. Came back after almost a year to find that the menu is alot different and all of my favorites are gone. They have their own versions of "favs" but I liked all of the old toppings they had. It's a basic sub shop now that's not worth the drive. Hopefully they go back to their original menu after the pandemic is done with and things go back to normal.

Worst service I have ever dealt with. Ordered online, for pick up, and the order was wrong. Called several times to talk to a manager. In the end one manager told me that they would give me a partial credit on my card for the screw-up. Til this day, I have not received a credit. Please do not deal with them at Mayfaire. They are horrible.
Do not go here if you expect to get a quick sandwich. There were 3 orders ahead of mine and it took 50 minutes to get my sandwich. And they messed the order up. If the staff spent less time joking around with each other they may actually be able to make food

I like the idea of you writing your own order so they really can't mess anything up, especially considering that 90% of the people that I order food for are extremely picky. The prices for the sandwiches are incredibly reasonable as well and the food was pretty good. I didn't like that every single thing that I was interested in ordering or was told to order by my family member was either gone (they ran out of avocado) or wasn't an option (they weren't making a specific hot sandwich that day). It was a little frustrating. Also, waiting for the sandwich makers to give me the food one sandwich at a time was a bit of a pain. I think I was in the restaurant for 30 minutes which seems like a long time for 4 sandwiches. But otherwise, it was fine.

We ordered directly from their website. They sent door dash, we paid for drinks and get 2 empty cups. Called Jack the store manager who wanted to do nothing but be rude and not helpful at all. Complete waste of a manager, guy is a joke. Jack didn't want to help us in any way because they contracted the delivery out and said it was some random persons responsibility to make our drinks, not the employees... go anywhere else for better service.
