I went to Wingstop in Wilmington N.C. today. Ordered 30 bone-in wings.... My food was amazing and the person who took my order, was even more amazing!!! I'm having some health issues and I suddenly can't hear very well. The volume of the music in restaurant seemed completely unnecessarily loud and I couldn't come close to hearing the words of the person serving me. Luckily, I'm not too bad at lip reading and the cashier was very patient and nice! I don't come here often, but I'll definitely come back a lot if you keep staff like her around. I wish I asked for a receipt so I could tell you her name! I was seriously about to leave before placing my order, because the noise was frustrating and I knew I would have a hard time hearing and communicating through it... But the cashier made the experience much more pleasant! I'm genuinely surprised and very thankful for her and the great food! Thank you. 🫶

This is a shoutout for Casey. I was in there on Sunday night. She was utterly slammed with her crew and as a fire service professional of more than 38 years and being a leadership instructor for the National Fire Academy, this girl deserves total props and likely a damn raise. You can’t be paying her enough to do the amazing job she is, directing and working alongside her people as she does. That girl deserves 10 stars. Great leaders lead. They aren’t bosses. That girl is a leader. Props Casey.

we just ordered from here for the first time at this location. my girlfriend ordered lemon pepper tenders and they had no flavor on them at all. just plain old tenders. i ordered the cajun tenders, and those as well had absolutely no flavor. then we got so excited to eat the voodoo fries hoping they would salvage our meal but NOPE. they were soggy and the cheese tasted expired. i’m sad. i just wanted to watch texas play some football while i ate some yummy food. but not today.

Wingstop is one of my favorite fast food places to go on the weekends, and I rarely have problems with the food itself. The wings are always cooked done enough, and the fry seasoning is really good. The workers are always really nice and attentive with me and other customers, and overall do the job well. My only real strife with them is the wait time, even the estimates they give sometimes are inaccurate and can be frustrating
