The food was horrendous. The Rockstar sushi tasted greasy and nasty. The chicken teriyaki was spongey and did not smell nor tasted right, and it got me and my girlfriend sick. The fried rice literally tasted like a cardboard box, and the vegetables were not cooked enough. For the quality of that food, it wasn't worth the 60$. The service was okay, but the waitress looked like she did not want to be there with the lack of enthusiasm she had. Do better, guys!

I ate here once upon a time and got sick but my wife after years of not going here decided to try it again carry out, not much has changed. Food is of low quality and bland, they add gratuity for carry out orders and the orders accuracy is not accurate at all. Ended up tossing the food and just eating a sandwich, such a disappointment. Skip this place, go somewhere else.

Normally don’t leave reviews but this time I had to. Ordered 5 rolls for pickup over the phone because the online system wasn’t working. Picked up the food and noticed when I got home they automatically added a 12% gratuity w/o ever mentioning it. Ok. Not a lot of money and I always tip way more than 12% anyway just not for takeout. Pretty presumptuous on their part and bordering on deceptive.So. To add insult to injury, my rolls contained nothing that looked like fish. Rice. Seaweed and something ground up that looked like some kind of fish salad. Nothing identifiable as tuna or salmon.Over all very disappointing.

Yoshi is my favorite place to get sushi. The owners are extremely nice. Love getting the firecracker roll and love the clear onion soup. Must try it love this place

Atmosphere is sub par. Close to unc wilmington. Got the teriyaki beef bento box. Alot of food.. delicious grilled onions and plenty of edamame. Came with soup and salad..salad was fresh and crispy. Good ginger

A gratuity charge was added to my bill when ordered by phone without my knowledge. When I questioned the night manager she explained it’s for servers taking phone orders and getting my utensils and sauces for my to go order. It’s not posted on their website. Totally ridiculous and miss leading to customers. Be sure to check your receipts for any additional charges.
