The food was amazing, and the cook actually came to each table to make sure everything was good and everyone was happy with the food.
Kid-friendliness: Loved that there was a deck of cards at each table. It encourages you to be social instead of everyone having their face in a screen.

I called in an order and found out they were not going to have what I needed on my pizza, but they were able to work something out for me. The customer service was above and beyond and I am extremely thankful for this place and its workers. The gentleman holding down the front counter, I thank you good sir and pray your day is great.

Friendly service, yummy pizza and affordable prices!
I had to come here to pick up a door dash order for a customer. My app told me that the customers order would be ready by 7:06pm. So I went into the store a little early to let them know that I was hear waiting. I'm not sure who the gentleman was that helped me but I think he was the manager of some kind. I had seen him there before (and he was rude then too). He told me that he had until 7:15 before my order was due and that there were 3 other people before me that were going to be receiving their food first. He made it sound like it was going to be a long wait and I should just leave. So I simply said, "ok, I'll just cancel it then". He apparently thought that I was going to cancel the customers order and got angry and yelled, "so your going to cancel the order!". I turned around and told him, "no, I'm going to unassign myself so that doordash will send someone else because I didn't want to wait 20 minutes for food to be completed. " He then proceeded to yell at me while I was walking out the door stating that I was canceling the order because I didn't want to wait 5 minutes for the customer's food to be completed. This is not the first time that I have seen this manager be rude to customers and employees. The last time I had a doordash order for this restaurant he stood back there and yelled at one of his employees the entire time I waited for the order. The store is very unfunctional. And their management is extremely rude! Not sure who owns this restaurant but they may want to take a deep dive into their management team.

Horrible experience, worst management ever!!! If someone calls you to tell you how you failed to meet their expectations because you did not fulfill their order correctly, an order which they paid for in full, the right course of action is not to start arguing and making excuses or getting defensive. It is a sad day when a restaurant manager whose job should be, to ensure food is prepared according to customers specifications gets loud with a customer and starts talking over them. Take the feedback and improve your process, don’t make excuses and don’t blame your website or some other external source. You are there to lead and manage the business. Set a good example for your team. Take responsibility and fix the issue. Learn from your mistakes and apologize for messing up an order.
To the owner of this franchise or the person in charge, find a manager that will not tarnish the reputation of your business. The manager on duty on 8/28/24 is not that person, you can do better than that, please do better than that.
Needless to say, I will not be back and I will share my experience with friends and family as well as colleagues and the general public.
