Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Food was pretty good. Place seemed a little dirty and some of the staff were very nice while some were more towards the rude side. Food was brought out on a tray that was still dirty from before our food was put on it.

Huge drop in quality recently....noticed this at many fast food places not just zaxbys. Tenders have many chewy bits in them, boneless wings are very tough with little sauce, and it just tastes worse than it used to. I was hoping I was getting it on bad days, but quality has been poor for 4 or 5 different visits now.

just wanted to mention that the girly that usually works the drive thru during the day is super friendly and always has great customer service, which is very rare for some restaurants around here :) and the fried pickles are 10/10

terrible service time, every time i come in waiting for at least 30 minutes, workers are clueless, lucky it’s the only one around otherwise it would be boycott

Dined in at Zaxbys today for lunch and I was really excited about trying the new chicken finger tacos, I ordered the ranch meal which came with three tacos and a small drink for $10.00 and change. I was a little bit taken back by the cost but I figured it was Zaxbys and I knew it was going to be good! Boy was I fooled! It was tasteless and no flavor. The chicken was cold and I couldn’t taste anything until I drowned the third taco with Zaxby sauce. I would never order that again but I’ll give the restaurant another try. The server was pleasant and the inside had a pleasant and clean atmosphere. No chicken tacos for me again. I felt like I wasted 10.00 and I don’t even have any fulfillment for my appetite. Sorry Zaxbys you missed it on this one

I was trying to order and needed a minute to decide, the woman taking the order kept making up things that I wasn’t ordering??Then at the drive thru window tried to get me to change my order? The whole interaction was weird. This happened 10 minutes ago. I’m not one to complain but she also looked like she was tweaking out on something??? I’m actually so confused. Like how does an interaction go that badly. Another woman came to the rescue and handed me my order and change and stuff and she was great, phenomenal, 10/10. An extra star due to that lady

We got take-out Sun. Aug. 18th, 2024 and ordered Zaxby's dipping sauce for our chicken.. but were given otherwise without any word of warning.. What's the use of going to Zaxby's if you can't get their signature sauces??!! Your entrance is very oily and needs to be power-washed too. It looks bad!!!
