I ordered a cobb salad and asked for no bread and no fried onions. It came out with fried onions on it so I had to send it back. She brought me back another salad with a piece of bread laying on top of the salad, no egg, and no bacon. How in the world do you even do that? $25 for 2 people and a messed up order. I would really like a refund.

Drive through and ordered a Zack Snack At 7 PM on a Friday night and the chicken was old and cold and a fries's were soft and cold. I know these people know how to do better. I had a terrific meal there a month ago..

Went through drive through. Was shorted $6 in change. The crew member acted as if she had no idea what I was talking about. This was either a deliberate attempt to get money or a complete lack of basic math skills. Finally, the crew member relinquished missing change only after my strong insistence.

Running out of excuses to keep giving this place a chance. Ordered online, get home, missing half our food....again. What we got was so messy and just slapped together. Kicken chicken covered in so much sauce it just fell apart. Pitiful. We won't be back.

Food tasted like it had been sitting out for hours after we had to wait for it parking out of the drive thru. The chicken tasted as if it was deep fried more than once.. no actual chicken just hard breading. Not worth the money.

This location has not gotten an order correct in months - they just throw items in a bag and say it's your orderThey don't even season the fries anymore.
Always good food, consistency is important. Only negative point is that when I went thru the drive-thru it was at night, and the menu board was not lit (maybe broken?) So it was almost impossible to read, and if you didn't already know what they have, you'd be out of luck! But not worth losing a star!

This place has completely gone down hill. I only order Zaxbys through door dash or Uber eats, that way when my order comes wrong (and it’s wrong every time) at least I get my money back . The workers are rude and don’t pay any attention to you when you’re standing right in front of them. They always show their importance to the conversation they’re having with each other rather than to the paying customer. Used to work at this location a long time ago and this was never tolerated. Not sure if management just gave up or if this is just how Zaxbys operates now. Fire all the employees and start over. If they can’t make orders correct that are right on the menu and the manger can’t mange them, something has to give. Absolutely ridiculous establishment
