Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I’ve been twice now and ordered the lemon pepper tenders and both times have gotten home with no seasoning. Kind of disappointing.

This is ridiculous. This is my sandwich. How do you send this out with only one piece of bread. Now I get two free meals but nothing to eat today. We are at least 30 mins from this location and not another one anywhere close. Do better.

my $50 Uber order was picked up by someone else. The store leaves all
orders available for grabs without checking their mobile. Andthey simply told me to follow up with Uber , they can’t do anything.

Went through the drive-thru 9/21/25 on the way to the beach for a week. We always get the grilled cobb salad at every Zaxby's we go to. The salad here was so good, the best one so far. Thanks!

The food and staff has always been on point when I go to this location. Although, this last trip they forgot to put some strawberry syrup for the cheesecake bites in our bag. I didn't notice until we got all the way home and I definitely was not about to go back 😊

Customer service is everything. There should not be a person at the counter side eying you and having a bad attitude when you are trying to pɔace an order. She is lucky I am grown and can control my temper. These people out here thinking they can just represent a company bad by giving crap service..yeah the food was good, but it did not make up for the bad customer service، especially when I went out of my way to be polite to her. 07/15/25

Ordered a five-piece fingers with double fries instead of coleslaw. Attendant repeated my order properly. Only got a four-piece with coleslaw. Was only charged for the four piece. It's not that hard of a job, guys.
