Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Every time I eat here my food order is wrong. Granted I typically have a hundred plus dollar order because I have a large family.

was peacefully eating my food(was good as usual) when i saw what i as first thought was a spider, it was a german cockroach. theyre known to be invasive and i was horrified. my brother and i jumped up and told two employees including the manager who said they “had never had this problem before”. they were all very nonchalant about it and never offered so much as a sorry nor a refund for the experience. we left promptly and will never be coming back to this establishment
we will also be telling everyone about this atrocity.

I recently went through the drive-thru at Zaxby's, and while the food tasted good, I was disappointed by the small portion sizes I received. The wait time was much longer than expected, which made the experience frustrating. To top it off, when I finally got to the pickup window, it seemed like the younger employees were more focused on playing around than providing good service. I've enjoyed Zaxby's in the past, but this visit wasn't up to par.

I visits this location often at least 2-4 times per week as an after school snack for the kids. Normally I have no issues however today the guy taking the order in drive thru was rude. Food was cold, portion size was extra small. When I politely brought it to the managers attention, Louis, he was dismissive, looked annoyed and said it’s nothing he can do & kids meal was packaged by weight of 3oz and he can’t go over. (4 fries & two strips) was in the kids meal. This was my first time having an issue with the portion size of the kids meal & being advised that it’s by weight? I asked for no ice in the drink & the cup was FULL of ice. Overall we received poor customer service & food quality.

Food is good, but the service is extremely slow. Takes a half an hour to get through the drive through. Definitely not ideal to come for a lunch break....you'll spend half your break sitting in line.

The food is good but last night I went after a workout just to get a salad and the lady at the drive thru who gave me my order made a comment “you have 30 minutes to get your life together” I am not sure why she felt that it was appropriate to mention that but lady count your days rude employees and employees that talk about customers won’t make it far in life get a grip lady it was insulting and unprofessional I start to confront her but I didn’t want to hurt her feelings

Store on Gordon Rd can improve. We ordered chicken finger plate, no bread, crispy fries. As you can see, put bread on plate to waste and under cooked fries. I don't think the people in the back read the order or person taking the order can't enter correctly. Chicken and slaw delicious.

It was raining cats and dogs, so we took cover inside Zaxbys and even played scrabble after we ate our delicious chicken with honey mustard sauce, as we waited for the rain to stop. There was great oldies playing in the background, it was a nice experience.

I love zaxbys always have and have been going to this location for years. Usually I don't complain but today I don't know what sorta happen. The lady repeated my order over and when I left I didn't leave with any salad dressing and my daughter ordered a sprite and she got water instead with her order. I was sorta disappointed in this today.

Nice atmosphere. Employees are friendly and the restrooms are clean. The food is good. Parking lot has plenty of spaces and is clean.

Horrible. The manager acted like a kid and the employees were just playing and acting so immature. The manager acted like the employees. Worst service I have ever dealt with!!!!

I stopped by the this location to pick up some food for my family. I got home and the sauces were missing. I called the store and spoke with Zariah at about 1:40pm. I absolutely love the way she understood exactly why I needed the sauces and assured me the sauces would be in the door dash order I had to place. Spicy wings taste better with ranch. It is unfortunate that I had to place an online order just to have the sauces delivered, but I’m glad to have the staff member understand. Thank you
