Loves Zoe's kitchen but this location is not my favorite. Screwed up order took 26 minutes to make. Steak kabobs were completely burnt. They forgot the sauce! Order online... Skip the the eating in.

Waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged on a pickup order, manager said it would be out soon. 10 more minutes pass until they found out it hasn’t even been sent to the back yet. Slacking

Ordered curbside pick up. Called the number to let them know I was here. Was told it would be brought out when finished. Waited 25 minutes. Finally went inside and saw it sitting on the counter for how long I don't know. So much for bringing it to my car.

I’d been driving nearly all day and many of the local restaurants were closed or closing so I stopped here. Ordered a bowl with salmon. After waiting for a while for my order, one of the counter folks came out and said they had no more salmon. They did offer to put another meat in my bowl but I wanted salmon so I simply asked for a refund. Sadly, this is an indication of poor management.

I so want this Zoe’s to be a good reliable place to regularly grab a healthy dinner but they constantly fail me. The current labor shortage isn’t an excuse because this location has never been well run. I use the app for carryout and it is never ready on time (I have sat there for up to 30 minutes past the promised ready time), cold, or missing part of the order. Occasionally there is a nice friendly girl working there but overall the staff has no concept of taking pride in ones work or customer service.

Always has the most refreshing meals and delicious Mediterranean dips! Hannah was exceptional with her suggestions and her upbeat spirit while taking our order and Patrick was accommodating to us with our switch up of items and making us feel welcome. The only thing we can say that was tough to see was so many people on staff on Memorial Day evening

Went into Zoe’s today for lunch and it took a while to get our food. The cashier apologized and said they were very sorry but that they were very short staffed. When we got our food it was DELICIOUS! I have never eaten here but always heard good things. Since our food took a while they gave us a complimentary cookie and slice of chocolate cake. YAYAS CHOCOLATE CAKE IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST CHOCOLATE CAKE IVE EVER EATEN! After finishing lunch I proceeded to the register to buy two more slices (I couldn’t contain myself) and the store manager gave it to me for free due to my wait time. Everybody was so nice and accommodating! Thank you so much for your efforts! I will FOR SURE be a repeat customer!

Ordered the Avacado Turkey sandwich with mixed veggies...was excellent. Staff was friendly, store clean.
This place blows. Ordered curbside and they took forever to bring part of my order. Had to go inside to get the rest. The pita was dry and nothing tasted great. Also found some noodles in my fruit. Thats always a good surprise.

What happened to this place? The last few times we’ve been the food is good but the service / wait has been terrible. Tonight, after 40+ minutes of waiting (with not a single person in the building), we had to cancel our order to just go home (never done that before). We didn’t get an apology, any assistance offered, anything. Instead the staff seemed like they couldn’t have cared less. I’m not sure what needs to happen to get this place organized again; but we definitely won’t be back again.

The food is wonderful, however the wait is not. I'm watching the most unorganized staff trying to fill to go orders. It's painful to watch, esp since somewhere in there is my order...unless its gotten lost. 25 minutes and counting.....

Tried Zoe’s kitchen a week ago and rlly wanted to like it. The first time I went they messed up my order so they gave me a free cookie, no big deal. I get home and realize that they left two items off of my order still, so I drive back and they give me a $10 gift card for the second mess up. I went back yesterday, used the card and check my bank account today and was still charged the full $10. Honestly I wouldn’t have even gone back if I didn’t have the card. It takes pure skill to mess up three times in a row. I can’t recommend this place to anybody and I’m going to make sure everyone I know goes to Peno for their Mediterranean food instead.
