They are so rude when talking to you, they rush you and when you ask if they can modify something they get an attitude with you . Food quality has gone down a lot since the first time I ate there.

Can't comment on the food. My girlfriend and I walked in, just to see what the place was like and ask about their menu, and the guy behind the counter was so rude and dismissive, we simply walked out. Very unprofessional. Worst customer-facing personality it has ever been my displeasure to encounter.

Usually this would be my favorite place to go to get wings. I started going there in the year of 2022, and was the favorite place ever since. But now they really fell off, It started off when I made a call in order for a 5 piece hot Jamaican jerk combo. When the line connected I could barely understand what he was saying and he had to repeat some of his words. So when I finished my order I missed understood him and thought he didn’t hear what I said. But when I tried to repeat he interpreted me saying “THANK U, THANK U, THANK U. With him hanging up. The second time I made a call in order they got my order wrong. So today I decided to just go in and place and order. So long story short I place my order and waited for my food. I noticed that it took longer than it usually would and I started to get impatient finally when my order was ready. THE MAN WAS ON HIS PHONE AND TALKING TO OTHER CUSTOMERS WHILE MY FOOD SAT THERE. And when i got home the wings weren’t even flavorful and were dry, 13 dollars just gone America’s best wings need to tighten it up I was so disappointed.

They have put so little effort into this place since they bought it - clearly just trying to make as much as they can and sell it.The food is exactly what you would expect, and takes FOREVER. The service is terrible, you need an employee with service skills. The store looks so empty, please get some plants or dividers or something.If you’re thinking of grabbing a bite to eat, don’t support this low-effort operation.

Please save your money. Go to B Dubs or even Zaxby’s. This place does a poor job of providing anything quality or authentic chicken wings. It’s tough and dry. Pouring more sauce on it doesn’t make it better either.

Went into the restaurant because I have never ate there and was also referred. The guy taking orders was very rude and unwilling to provide customer service. When expressed that I was overcharged on my card the manager and cashier both told me that it was something wrong with my bank and refused to refund me the difference. I’ve never encountered such customer service and will never return to this establishment.

Employee's here are VERY rude. They do not value their customers. I watched a young lady come to pick up a door dash order and asked to buy a fountain drink. When they informed her of the price she told the man she might as well buy a large drink. The employee then proceeded to tell the lady if you don't like our prices you can go somewhere else.... Do better people.
