The restaurant has an overall small town diner appeal. There is a charge to pay with your card. The restaurant was full as well as a backed up drive-through so I don't see why there would be a charge for using a card. I can say we tried it but I will stick with my old faithfulls.

I ordered a “slaw dog” for pickup. When I got home and unwrapped it, it was nothing but coleslaw on a hotdog bun, with no hotdog. I’ve had slaw dogs all over the United States, and never, never until now have I gotten one that did not include the hotdog. I don’t know if the cook was careless, unsupervised, or just didn’t know what he/she was doing.
Food was mediocre. Not seasoned. Pork chops were tough. Mashed potatoes were instant & not mixed well. Tea was good. Servings are small, served in a tin plate. Price is about $17 each. Will not return.

I’ve been coming here regularly by myself around 6:30–7:00 a.m., always ordering the same thing—milk, scrambled eggs, bacon, grits, and a biscuit. Lately, the food has been cold, but I try to look past it and give them the benefit of the doubt because I enjoy the atmosphere and don’t like confrontation due to anxiety.
I sat for 15 minutes, unnoticed, not even by my usual server. They were about 25% busy, and I still wasn’t acknowledged. Finally, I was approached by a different server, who asked if my drink order had been taken yet. I said no and asked for milk. She left, and I waited another eight minutes while a table of three who arrived after me had their order taken first. I just sat there, waiting, until I finally got up and left.
I’m not looking to get anyone in trouble, but I hope this is seen and things improve moving forward. I think I’ll try finding a different breakfast spot, one that’s a little more welcoming and where the food’s warmer.

I called in and ordered a ham & egg , really expensive for a biscuit by the way, when I got my biscuit, biscuit didn't have the egg on it. I didn't say anything, we all make mistakes.
Well I called in today and went to get my same order & again no egg and this time the biscuit is torn up too , I asked the guy who brings food out could I get my egg , he said of course. ok after another 5 minutes I got my $8 biscuit back with egg & ham and a strand of woman's hair in my biscuit. so I will not be back , check your food and prices

I went in had to stand & wait for the girl taken orders to stop flirting & get up with the guy doing the orders for dri e up. Took the drinks out to car stood again while same girl stood & talked to one of the waitress. The drive served 4 people while I was waiting for 2 hotdogs and order of stew beef. And no it wasn't good either I wouldn't eat there again.

This is real southern cooking and homemade food. Real scratch made biscuits that are NOT dry and some handmade sausage patties this is the place to go. My go-to from here is the 'Stacker'. It's an open face biscuit topped with overeasy eggs, 2 sausage patties and some delicious sausage gravy and a side of home fries. The pancakes here are pretty small good too. It's a little over an hour away from me but it's still my favorite breakfast restaurant to go to. 10/10 would recommend!!
