I used to love this Arby's location, but the last few months I swear its always something. Entire food items are always missing out of bags; doesn't matter if you go in person or DoorDash. I've been missing french fries, sandwiches, sauces, beverages...as someone who's been a restaurant manager for roughly 6 years, I truly just do not understand the negligence this has become.
I will not be back to this location. Today was my final straw after dropping $30 on a DD meal and missing the French fries for the THIRD time in a month.

I went through drive thru and the mozzarella sticks were not fully cooked. Someone needs to understand that speed does not replace quality. As expensive as it's getting this is unacceptable.

The new McDonald's. "Shake machine is down." No sweat. Fool me once.... Cookout came through with a cappuccino shake. Their shake machine ALWAYS works.

Whoever is that woman in drive thru needs way better customer service I placed a online order and when getting to the speaker I simply asked for my fries to be hot (fresh) in which she replied oh well you can try them. When I pulled around she game me my food. I asked for fresh fries and she said to pull up I then asked for some ranch she walked away then came back and stated to pull up again I asked for my ranch in which she replied “ You want it now ?!” I said yes I would like to eat my chicken wrap. Then she turned around yelling with a nasty attitude UGH LET ME GET SOME RANCH. With the window wide open. Very unprofessional , very rude . Makes me not want to come back to this establishment.

When you have to go back twice to get you complete order you know that their service sucks and I don't want to hear that "Check your order before you leave" crap, because if they gave a shit about the quality of their service they would get it right the first time, You shouldn't have to check behind them especially when you order $47.00 worth of food, for that kind of money they should get it right the first time, They won't that busy !!!
Foodnwas good, but I ate in the restaurant, I was surprised that when I opened my sandwich it was best described as room temperature. By the third bite is was cool meat. Would have referred it to be hot 3 minutes after receiving it, and seconds after opening wrapper.

I ordered a number 14 just a sandwich and a small fry when asked was there any sauce I wanted I asked for horseradish sauce. Got all the way home no horseradish sauce and the fries were cold but I didn't complain so no four stars for Arby's of Wilson NC from me. Maybe on another visit if they get it right.

Haven't been to Arby's in a long time so after shopping at Wilson Walmart let's eat at Arby's. I needed to eat. Head ache started. Drove through the drive thru. Had problems communicating at the speaker. Had questions on value meals . Got attitude while trying to ask my friend she wanted anything else. Yes a soda . Tried to relay this to the lady. Got more attitude. Drove up to the window to pay , my hands were stickie with hand sanitizer . While trying to hand the money to the the lady. She turned her hand dumping the change while the ten I had. Blew out of my hand . Squeezing between the bldg. An my truck retrieved the 10$ placing it on the window ledge. Again I received attitude. Now from the manager. Being distracted and having a migraine I thought we got the meal. Not the soda so I tried to give the money. While These women in Arby's yelling at me saying no you don't. I then feed up on this communication with the staff thinking I had the food but not the soda. Went home with a raging migraine. Found out we didn't receive the food at home so no food for ten dollars and fifty cent. The perfect scam
