Just ordered a FRESHLY cooked steak biscuit and they surely didn’t bother to disappoint. A cold steak biscuit is hard to enjoy and furthermore, they weren’t even busy. Never again at that location.

A rip off, order 2 supreme meals charged $21.90 and they didn't put our sides in the box with the meals. Didn't ask what we wanted to drink just assumed all black people drinks sweet tea. 😂 Will not be going back to bojangles in Wilson.

For a newly built Bojangles this one is well below what I have become accustomed to, service was very slow and food was cold and portions for picnic fries were the same as an individual. Asked for hot fries and was given cold fries, when I reminded the worker, was given a super attitude and ignored. Will avoid this one like the plague.

I ordered my food through the app. When I got there I saw my food sitting to the side but I could not get anyones attention for over 5 minutes. When I finally got my food and got home I saw that it was not correct. I ordered a 3 piece dark dinner and only had 2 pieces of chicken in the box. I got fries as my side and there were hardly any fries at all. The biscuit was hard as a rock. The sweet tea I ordered as well tasted like they gave me unsweet.

This location just can’t seem to get it right. The orders are always wrong, missing items, or old/cold. I understand mistakes but this has been pretty consistent, not only with me, but for several others. Please get it together.

I was about to order food but the lady in the front was wiping her mouth and then proceeded with touching the boxes of the food and never washed her hands after that the lady before me ask for her money back and she gave her attitude never again I don’t see how they have 100 in health satisfaction if she’s doing stuff like that ewww
