Worse Bojangles I have ever been served by. The attitudes are crazy and I'm not one to curse someone out but the woman working there was not making it easy. I know what I order and what I said to her repeatly and she still didn't get it right. She ALSO proceed to catch an attitude because she was wrong. The food was totally uneditable and I had to go back to get a refund. Management isn't even apologize for the experience. I really feel like that's how they are use to operating. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They honestly need to do a lot better. I'd rather go across town to the other Bojangles. This experience was ridiculous and a waste of time.

I eat at these Bojangles at least once a week. I always order the Supremes. The last 2 times I ordered them they were terrible and inedible. I have worked fast foot. I can tell you the problem is they are frying all the items in the same oil and the oil has not been changed in a very long time. The old pieces of fried food were stuck to the outside of the supremes. I’ve had food a school cafeterias that was better prepared. Sorry lazy management and workers.

This is one of the cleaner locations in Wilson, from the parking lot to the restrooms, it’s cleaner than the others. Their drive through is definitely faster than the one off 95. Bring cash, quick in and out. The employees never get my order wrong, sometimes the fries aren’t hot, but that’s any fast food place really.
Vegetarian options: Mainly a chicken restaurant- I guess you could just get a cheese biscuit if you’re vegetarian.

Slow Service: "I waited an unacceptable amount of time for food they had already had finished. Then when I tried to go and order myself the lady pretended like she didn't see me at the front of the register.There was no one in line add matters worse they said they hadn't started after Hours of waiting lack of Support: * "I have not received adequate support from management regarding the issue with the awful treatment of door dashers then when doordash call to help them further the order they ignore the call all of them including the manager while whispering snark remarks and laughing and giggling instead of getting the food together that was already there that they knew was already there but just wanted to inconvenience doordash even further to the point where dash had to cancel the order because they wouldn't answer the call I will be calling human resources also to further this complaint to Bojangles

Terrible customer service. Rude employees who see you as an inconvenience. Had to wait almost 30 minutes for one biscuit, then got attitude from the employee. I don’t know what made me to expect more when the person taking the order had no personality. This is a management issue because you allow this behavior.

first the young lady at the window was great but it stops there. my fries were like wooden toothpicks I was only able to eat about 6 out of a large its 540 am didn't they just open!!! my bo Berry was a brick with no fork as well I also got a large drink it was filled to the top with ice so I really only got a small soda , this meal was a waste of money

Order at drive thru get to window to tap pay our machine doesn't take android. When I just recently tapped paid there with my phone.
If you go while the A team is on shift your food will come out fast and hot, if you go while the B team is on shift you might be sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes to get cold fries and dry chicken.

Every time I go there for breakfast there is a problem. This time we waited for maybe ten minutes for biscuits well I got My order and checked it so I left well driving down to church I started eating and the biscuit was not done it needed about 5-7 minutes more I know because I worked for Bojangles and I made biscuits . I usually go across town near the hospital I have never had any problems there. Avoid this Bojangles store

Parking: There's about 50 or so parking spots and usually only 1/2 of them are full at a time. They do also have handicapped parking spots.
