Cool little spot. It’s family friendly and has a great selection of beer, I recommend the 15 for those that like citrusy stuff. The bartenders are very knowledgeable and helpful. Food is standard, got the quesadilla.

Brewmaster’s in Wilson, NC, left me extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I had placed an $80+ order for my family, eagerly anticipating a wonderful meal. However, to my utter dismay, the order was abruptly canceled 30 minutes into waiting for it, without any prior notice. When I called to inquire about the cancellation, I was informed that it was due to them not having a certain type of bread available. The Whole order was canceled due bread? I guess they assumed we couldn't want anything else that we ordered.
What baffled me was the lack of communication from their end. Rather than giving me a simple call to ask if I would like to substitute the bread with another option, they chose to cancel the entire order for my family. This lack of customer service and consideration left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.
The whole experience was incredibly disappointing. This likely wouldn't have happened if I was sitting and ordering inside. An establishment that prioritizes customer satisfaction would have handled this situation much more professionally.

Enjoyed everything about it, except when you play anything on TouchTunes it dramatically decreases volume of what you paid to hear. Never had this problem anywhere else. They need to fix this. When you pay to hear music you should be able to hear it.
Pros: I went in because I love their sandwiches, they have great food, they have a calm vibe. Overall I do recommend this restaurant. It is an enjoyable place to go to have lunch.
Cons: I was very disappointed when I called in an order for 1 sandwich. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I showed up to pick up my order they said just 5 more minutes. I come back in, it’s 45 minutes since I first called and my food is still not ready. It’ll be another 15 minutes or so. I told her to cancel my order because I could not wait an hour+ for 1 sandwich. She apologized she said there was a large order placed before my order was placed and the kitchen was backed up. Which I understand but I think it would have been better if they had just been honest with your customer about how long it will take. If I would have known it would be an hour for one sandwich I would have come another day or maybe later in the day.

Molly and her staff went above and beyond in making our wedding experience exceptional! The specialty cocktails were handcrafted and a huge hit amongst the guests. Not only that, but they found a way to incorporate my honey into the drinks too! Highly recommend for any wedding or event.
