Terrible experience!!! My online order number was 1010009 and I placed this order at 4 pm to pick up at 5. I walk in at 515 pm and the cashier tells me that they accidentally gave my food to someone else!!! How do you do that??? So your company doesn't verify who's picking up food??? Never Again!!! I've already asked for a refund.... She says that it will take 5 to 10 business days. I will wait on that... šŸ•‘šŸ•šŸ••šŸ•

Worst experience ever. Sat down, was there for about 15 minutes, server never even took a drink order, let alone acknowledge we were there. We just got up and left. Do better!

Wish I could give this place ZERO stars! Food was absolutely disgusting. Bathrooms are extremely filthy, Even saw an employee after using the restroom wash their hands, then proceed to go put perfume on and lipstick on and walk outside and go start serving customers Absolutely sickening!

We walked in and the ā€œManagerā€an older gentleman said we could find a seat. We did. The table was nasty. The waitress came over and gave us menus. We continued to wait for approximately 15 more minutes, during which 4 different waitresses walked by and no one asked if we had ordered anything! My husband even asked one of them if we could have a waitress and said I’ll see what I can find out. We continued to wait and ultimately decided to get up and leave. When walking out the ā€œManager ā€œ asked why we were leaving, we said never get a waitress! He just looked surprised, and didn’t even try to correct anything at all!

Not many eateries can be compared to the disorganized and lostness of the Saturday waitstaff at this Wilson, NC location!! Watch out for BW3s built-in promotional upselling tactics that you find out while ordering, lemon pepper wings or any other flavored wings are as basic as a 9th grade home economics cooking class, the promotional triple-bacon cheeseburger...not hardly possible to eat with hands due to its incapable of keeping it's form...what a mess!! Fries...they should be FREE nationwide...who can get those wrong. BW3 restaurants may consider installing strobe lights just to get the attention of their waitstaff with too much attitude for a public service job. This was simply an undesirable atmosphere, to say the least.

Sooo loud you can't hear the staff or yourself. I wish they have a seprate fryer for fries and naked wings so people with allergies can acctually eat there with friends. I can never get anything but a salad and hope I don't feel sick from cross contamination

Ordered traditional wings for pick up. Got there food was 25mins late from pick up time on website. Server was very rude and unprofessional. Neglected to even assist until I had to get her attention then had an attitude. Got home to find out my traditional wings they made them boneless. The Manama is letting this store run in the ground gets worse everytime. This will be my last not because food is bad cause even though it was not how I wanted they were still good. But the service is becoming horrible and not worth what we pay for meals which was almost $80.

Awesome experience! I was greeted immediately. Multiple staff checked on me. The manager, Cristina, came to the table and had a conversation with me. The staff was top notch! The food order was taken quickly, but the real surprise was how fast the food came out! It seemed like it was just as fast as the order was put in. I mean, right away, hardly any wait. Talk about speedy service! The wings were perfectly made. They were piping hot! You know these came right out and didn't wait under a heat lamp. They had the right amount of sauce. The wings were 100% covered without excessive sauce puddling at the bottom of the tray. Cristina and her team have it going on here. 100% recommended!
