Fri. March 14, 2025: We were visiting the Wilson area for our 12-year old grandson's soccer tournament, and wanted a fun place to watch the Duke-UNC basketball game in the ACC Tournament quarterfinals, and to have a couple of beers and eat. We had a great table and the vibes were good. They quickly became overwhelmed about 7 :30 , and it became more difficult to get our server to the table. After making it clear, and repeating it a couple of times, I ordered ten dry rub wings. Half my wings were dry, but the other were a messy, very spicy wet wings. Given the service time, I just kept them. My real contention about this place though was that the management allowed a very loud drunk to continue to drink double-bourbons and curse profanely at the top of his voice continually. To add to that, he felt the need to roam throughout the bar area doing his rants. The management should have intervened with this man, and asked him to leave. It was not fair to the rest of the customers, but apparently the management did not care.

Went here randomly and I didnt realize that my wings took longer than normal. The barmaid was cognizant and along with the manager gave me extra wings for my patience ! Thank you!

Service was terrible. Food came out 15 mins apart, we got our own drinks from the bar, never a “hello”, “how’s the food,” “sorry it took an HOUR for your burger to come out.” The food was pretty good once it came, and the bartenders were hustling, but the servers were one of the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Before moving to Wilson, we had Bdubs Every Thursday. We’ve tried this location 4 times in 12 months and the food is terrible. Everytime we do pick up the food is 20 minutes later than they say, cold, soggy and gross

Two excellent persons Levander Little & Knsten Williams they are the best Buffalo wild wings good bartenders excellent workers I approve of them you ever have them as your bartenders or waitress tip them well very friendly and good people and I love them

This is my favorite place to eat by far! I love their food, service & I like to see what's on them tv's
Food is good, when it’s fresh.. ordered wings through the app. Went in 20 minutes later and they tried to charge me 12 dollars even though I paid through the app, I showed them my receipt and the lady went to the back and said it still wasn’t ready. Waited almost 30 minutes they came out with my food and I got in the car and opened it and it was all cold and the fries were soggy. Went back inside and told them the food was cold and they said they had JUST packed the food. I feel like my food was sitting there for a while I had placed the order almost an hour before they brought it out. They might’ve lost my order and later found and I understand that happens. But they should’ve at least gave me fresh fries mine were all wet and soggy.

Food: There were seven in our party. First, my food came out...cold wings, cold tots. The lady who dropped it off, asked who's order the plate belonged to and because of the loud atmosphere, I had to ask her to repeat it. She then said, "LIKE I SAID, ten piece wings....(while rolling her eyes). Once I realized it was mine, I let her know and she slammed the plates down in front of me. At first, I thought maybe it was an accident, but my children pointed it out; thus confirming what I thought had taken place. Next, 20+ minutes later, my mother, stepfather, and one of my daughter's food came out...cold. Lastly, 20+ minutes after that, my wife, son, and other daughter's food came out...cold. The food was gross; cold, hard, and sad. We were there over 1.5+ hours throughout this episode of purgatory. Also, we noticed other customers seated around us conversing about their experiences being the same...terrible.
Atmosphere: So loud you could not hold a conversation.
Customer Service: Our original waitress took our order, but she did not bring our food. We had to flag down a waiter-in-training a couple of times to get our food and we received no refills from anyone during our entire stay. Notably, our cups looked dirty. Once our waitress showed up, she nonchalantly said, "y'all ok" and walked away before we could say anything. But, as I expected she showed up smiling when it was time to reward her with a tip...she did not EARN one, so she did not get one.
Price: The price was absolutely not worth the money. It's expensive for these chicken nuggets and the food is no better than microwave chicken bites and Tyson oven chicken wings.
Conclusion: As a person who has managed small and large organizations, this place is chaos...there seems to be no order of operations. This was where my mother wanted to go for her birthday, so we figured we'd try the Wilson store. We were wrong. If I had to some up this experience in one word...lousy. Sadly, the grand finale is my wife is sick tonight...most likely the lousy food. If I could have put no stars, I would. The Wilson BWW needs to be shut down. We will not return.

Food was fine. Upon entering, most of tables had not been cleaned 45 minutes to get wings and then the order was incorrect. Waited 20 minutes with my debit card out to pay and no one would take our $. Finally, dropped a $50 and just left. We will not be visiting this establishment again.

When arrived, was not even greeted. Then we finally sat down, the waitress was not pleasant at all. She was short and inhospitable. The food was not tasteful. Sweet tea tasted soapy, ordered wings and recieved caramel instead of ranch. When I order desert the presentation was not appealing. I didn't even received the while desert because they forgot the ice cream then when I asked for it, the waiters seem like it wasn't a big deal. Let it been the other way around, the restaurant expect customers to pay the full bill and tip. I would had like to recieved my full meal without having to ask for what it comes with. Nevertheless, 1 out 10 would not recommend.
