Worst service ever! I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes behind 2 cars and lobby empty! They just love to fiddle in their asses, smdh..worst Burger King I’ve ever been to! I didn’t even get my food because I would’ve been there all dam morning

Please do yourself a favor and go to the BK a few miles down the road on hwy 264. This location is terrible. Long wait times, poor food and customer service. Tried to order a mushroom Swiss cheese melt only to have the person tell me they were out of Swiss cheese. I left and went to the other BK and got what I wanted and didn't have to wait long at all. They need to close this location. Btw the two drive thru lanes are pointless.

It took me 30 minutes in the drive thru to get my food ,slowest service I've ever seen and food was cold fries , something needs to be done about this location it's not the first time it's always a long wait time .

Having ordered multiple times from this location, they are pretty bad at their online ordering system. It’s just supposed to be a quick pick up and go since you ordered ahead, but that is not the case. If you pick drive thru you’ll likely have to sit behind 3-5 cars and wait 20 minutes to get your order. If you pick up inside it takes a good 5 minutes just to get a team member’s attention. Now they have this thing where they won’t even hand you your full order at the pick up counter. You have to get in line to talk to the cashier to get your cup and fill your drink, adding another few minutes wait time and in my opinion defeating the purpose of placing an online order. Overall, very inefficient and my food is usually cold.
