This is definitely a significant step up from Taco Bell. The staff was very friendly and gave recommendations for whatever you were in the mood for taste wise. The food had plenty of options, was very tasty, and delivered with pleasant professionalism. I highly recommend this place for quick, fast and delicious Mexican food.

My 2nd time going to burrito shak everything was amazing!!! The food is perfect they give u a great portion more than enough. The staff are so sweet and friendly. They are the best in town I would recommend them to anyone! Keep up the good work 😊

The food is good. Staff is always nice. But for the love of God skip the rice. Ive been during lunch. 5pm. The last hr prior to closing. I was thinking the rice would be soft at some point. But the rice has been crunchy every single time. I don't know if the rice cooker is always broken or what but the rice over the months has always been crunchy. Just get double beans or something. The rice being crunchy messes up the whole meal. I want to say its just the days i pick to go in. But whatever is going on the rice will be crunchy. So prepare yourself for that. I like my rice perfectly done. I'm not a fan of mushy rice. But crunchy rice is worse in my opinion. I wish they would fix this issue. Because I've never had a issue with the food outside of that. The chips are good too. Ive never had a bad experience. Its just the rice lol. I'm a rice lover so this really bothers me as you can see! You get plenty of food too.

Pretty good experience, though sometimes you'll end up waiting for a long time at the register waiting for someone to help you. Otherwise, the food is great and the ambiance is decent. A little pricy though.

We have patiently been waiting for the Rocky Mount location to open, and now we have it. The Wilson location has been nothing but amazing. Food is great and customer service is 2nd to none. Hopefully Rocky Mount has found employees who care as much as Wilson employees.

I've been here several times anx enjoyed my food and service. However,my last visit was NOT so pleasant. They have a new manager and she is NOT a good fit for the job. They messed up my order and she refuse to make it right. I'm not one who want things for free, but at least be apologetic when you are wrong. I clearly stated what I wanted,the server changed my order and she rung it up. She told me that I can call corporate but they are out of town, but there was nothing that she could do. I had high hopes of this being a restaurant that I would enjoy and I did for the most part,but I but I will not be treated like this. Good luck on your visit.
