My burrito was pretty good. But it is all how you build it. This place is similar to Chipotle- you tell them what to put on your burrito, so if it taste bad it's kind of your fault. Lol. Atmosphere 3 stars because the first 2 tables I tried to sit at were dirty. Service 5 stars, friendly and informative. Food 4 stars- Why are the 16oz fountain drinks like $2.69 cents each (approx). No Bueno! You can get a 32 oz from Wendy's for $1.

I love eating at Burrito Shak. The staff is very friendly and the food is always very good. I highly recommend the S-Turn. I get it every time. My brother loves The Sergeant Major. We also love the Barton discount!

This was a frustrating experience. I ordered on the app for take out. I waited until the app said the order was ready and pulled up at the drive-thru window. The girl that was working told me to give her a minute - no problem. I waited 25 minutes before gently honking the horn. Nothing. I watch a woman come up and get a take out order. I finally decide they’ve either forgotten or don’t care so I drive around and park to walk inside. The girl who told me to give her a minute will not even look at me and completely ignores me when I say that I had been waiting at the drive-thru for over 20 minutes. I may have been visibly frustrated but was not yelling or raising my voice. Another worker who I presume is the manager comes over and tells me to not yell at the “child”. The food takes almost 10 minutes to “finish” being done so now I’ve waited over 30 minutes. No apology or acknowledgement for the very long wait. Go home to ice cold food. Will not go back even though I enjoy the food, I’ll head to Chipotle instead 🤷🏻♀️

When we walked up to the counter the employee that was about to take our order was eating. They excused themselves and took our order. We ordered four tacos, two with soft flour tortillas and two with soft corn tortillas. The person behind the counter heated the tortillas and put them on the counter. Then they asked another employee to fry the tofu. By the time the protein was going to be ready the flour tortillas would be cold and the corn tortillas would be hard. I am only rating the service, because we did not eat. We were put off by the employee eating while making food but we let it slide. When we realized he did not know how to make the food, we gave up. Tortillas are the last item you heat up when you are making tacos!!

I come here often for the special potato on monday. My husband loves it and i love all of their food options so we don’t mind spending our money here. I love that they have a drive thru, the food is always up to par, and the service is always good but there is one specific worker who always gets me right and makes it 10x more worth it. The young man who i think is the manager not only is excited to serve you but if something is wrong he will do his best to fix it. Someone came in and bought 8 of those potatoes right before i came to get my 2. I was already having a long day and was ready to get home so this was very inconvenient as it would be for anyone else. He told me i could wait about 30 minutes or get something else. We told him we’ll wait cause like i said my husband really loves those potatoes lol. Still frustrated and just ready to end the day i complained on my app since that’s where i ordered it and the customer service was okay i guess. I got a refund but the text chat customer service was hard to work with and couldn’t text me back correctly for some reason. I pulled back into the drive thru not even 30 minutes later just to see if they’d be done and the manager not only gave me my food even though the order was refunded he gave me two drinks and cookies to make up for it. He was so nice and i couldn’t thank him enough. He was ready to work with me and have a satisfied customer and i had to write a review for him. We will be back for sure and he is to thank for that.

Good food and friendly environment but kinda weird vibe eating tacos with a island environment. My burrito (made as described in menu) had way to much sauces put in it and the tortilla was just falling apart and impossible to hold. But flavor was great. I just think some associates are on a learning curve cause that is not often an issue.
Second time eating from here. And I can say it’s not worth it no more to start my husband ordered tacos and soft corn tortilla and the tortilla was raw and thick couldn’t eat that! Also I do not recommend there kids hard taco they were so greasy my kids did not eat and they always eat hard tacos. I got a bowl but it tasted off im not sure it was the rice or beans. This was the last time going there $88 for us throwing the food away? The only good thing was the chocolate chip cookies!
