Carolina Cheese Co is now closed at 109 Barnes St location. We will reopen at 205 Tarboro St (just around the corner from 109 Barnes St) before the end of Oct. 2024 as take out only. Definitely one of if not the best sandwich shops in Wilson. Stumbled in here after a theater rehearsal and I return regularly! I Recommend the CBR ( Chicken, Bacon, Ranch )
Parking: There is a lot behind the building that would make you walk a bit. it depends on the time of day when it comes to street parking.

Although the wait was long it was totally worth it. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant…My God, simply delish. And the Rueben was great with lot of meat. The attention was kind and very good!
