Great beer! Brewer/bartender is an App state alum. Fermentation science program doing great things!!
Great beer in a cool setting!
Casitas is typically a great place to get a drink. However their Oktoberfest event was just odd. The service was very slow and the staff seemed confused. We got drinks a few minutes before 5:00, stepped outside very briefly, and then suddenly there was a $15/person cover charge because it was after 5:00. It was like we were being charged to sit in a bar, rather than paying cover for a worthwhile event. At that point there was no seating inside, just room to stand awkwardly while people squeezed past you. Since we were then out in the rain we just set down our drinks and left. Putting bartenders in temu German outfits is not an Oktoberfest
Great spot in the whirligig Park in Wilson, and great beer. New owners have done an amazing job, thank you! Great beer, and also good alternative options like wine and cocktails.
Our favorite place for a beer! My husband, mom, and I come here every Friday night for a drink or two, some great music, and a view of the whirligigs. The service is outstanding (the bartender knows us and is so sweet!), the beer is unmatched, and the atmosphere is a blast. Don't know what we would do without this place!
Love this place! Best beer and cider in Wilson!
Really cute spot! The bartender today was really wonderful and funny. The couch at the door to be able to watch the whiriligigs (why we ended up in Wilson) was a really nice touch.
I will say I was disappointed with the one family who felt that the small space was theirs, and everyone else be damned. They were screaming, banging on the table repeatedly, and letting their children act like they’ve never been in public before- yelling, running around, one followed us around the bar loudly eating a bag of chips. He then sat directly next to us (not the next table close- he sat in the chair literally touching the corner of the couch where I was sitting) and watched loud videos on his phone while horking globs of snot into his throat until I asked him to move. Parents, if you see this- since you were loudly debating if you should have more children while resenting the ones you have- you should not. You should not have had those children in the first place. You are why people hate children at bars.
We would have spent more time here, but it’s a small space and this family was so terrible, we had to leave. I’m still giving five stars because I do understand that breweries feel forced to let children into their bars, but I wish a bit of decorum would be enforced- banging on tables, chewing in stranger’s ears, and loudly watching videos should be basic manners.
Favorite place in downtown. Great atmosphere, inside and out! Music and friends to be with.
The owners were incredibly friendly and their brewer is super talented. The brewery is dog friendly and has a great variety of drink options. Bonus points for being a family owned place and for helping to support other local businesses. Absolutely worth checking out if you're in Wilson.
Great brews, variety of non-alcoholic drink choices and the best staff! There is always something going on at Casita.
Book club meets every first Wednesday of the month along with the Crafters club! Also Run club on Sundays and trivia and music bingo events happening all the time it's always a good time to stop by Casita!

Great place to stop and have a beer. Ask for Eric :)
Really good beer, nice venue, owners are awesome!
Great craft brewery we stopped at when passing through town to see the whirligigs! Enjoyed the beers and will come back if we are in the area!
Great customer service. Lovely atmosphere
My favorite brewery in NC and I have been to more breweries than I’d like to admit. Consistently revolving selection of quality brews. Also, run club on Sundays!
