Never stopped at a Chick-fil-A before. I was told to try their chick sandwich. First, I had to wait because the only register open had a customer until the second cashier turned around to notice me. I ordered a # 1 chicken biscuit and a #1 chicken sandwich. I only got the chick biscuit and not the sandwich. Went to ask about my sandwich and the manager handed it to me. Opened it up only to find another chicken biscuit. Went back to ask if this was supposed to be the sandwich and they started to order it through the register. I went back to my table and threw everything in the bag and then I threw the bag on the counter and told them to keep it. Then I express myself loudly that this was my first time at Chick-fil-A and my last time. This was absolutely terrible.

Chick fil a was just off the Highway as we passing by. We found it with the blue information sign on the Highway. The bathroom was clean. There were plenty of dining tables to eat. They had a kid playhouse. The Drive thru line was set up perfectly around the parking lot. The food came out hot and quick.

This placed was packed on a Friday evening. My soup and san dwich was good as usual. This one lady was working the floor smiling, collecring trays, and doing refills with no tips. I went back for my brownie where I asked if it could be warmed. The blonde head young lady said it came out warm, but it did not.

Arrived for dinner on a Friday at 6:30. Although the parking lot was crowded, there was no line at the ordering counter inside. Ordering was quick and food was delivered to our table soon after. Food was good, as expected.
