I’m in Wilson, North Carolina for a soccer tournament, and our team decided to stop by Chili’s. Easily one of the best decisions we made all weekend. We showed up with a huge group: players, parents, and coaches. Not every restaurant can handle that kind of crowd, but Chili’s absolutely delivered.
I have to give a special shoutout to Elliott, the host, who was nothing short of phenomenal. He greeted us with incredible professionalism and energy, organized seating for the entire team without hesitation, and treated everyone with genuine hospitality. Honestly, Elliott should be the town’s ambassador, that’s how impressive he was.
The service was exceptional across the board. Our food came out on time, everything was correct, and there were zero mistakes on the bills, which is almost unheard of with a group our size. The staff moved like a well-oiled machine.
Chili’s in Wilson made our whole group feel welcome and taken care of. Huge thanks to Elliott and the entire team! Highly recommend. 👏👏

The waitress gave me shrimp instead of mushrooms and the manager came out and asked me to put the shrimp in a bowl in front of other customers. The manager needs better training. She was very unprofessional. I will never step foot in this place again
Amazing experience, service was super kind and funny, and I ordered arguably the best burger I've ever had. Jazzy, our server, was amazing and Elliot, the host, was extremely funny and made us laugh with every single engagement with him.

I’ve gotten chilis two days in a row because I’ve been in the area and wanted some good food, and I got that plus great service! Tasia and the other two ladies that were working in take out yesterday (I didn’t catch their names, one has the really pretty jewelry and the other has the brownish-reddish hair) were amazing, welcomed me in and were super nice while getting my order ready. I was eating in my truck and they heated the molten up for me since I didn’t have access to my own microwave. Today I ordered food for my husband on his work break, and a molten for myself, Jazzy heated it up for me today as well. Every time I come in Jazzy is super sweet and always smiling. And Tasia greeted me the moment she saw me and recognized me from yesterday, and made sure my order was getting ready. There was also a man working today who greeted me when I came in and made sure my request to heat up the molten was given. Absolutely amazing service from everyone I interacted with today!
