Trashy workers. The lady helping me was working to fix the situation but phone was ringing and one was on her phone and another standing next to her with earbuds just ignoring everything. Can't stand people like that that ignore anything not there job.

We visited Chili's for dinner tonight around 8pm. We were greet it at the door with a big welcome. The service was EXCELLENT! And they were very busy. Dillon was our server and he was SUPER! Our food was delicious. We haven't been to Chili's in Wilson in a long time and I'm telling you all, I'm very impressed!!! Thank you to the management 🙏! Keep up the good work!!! We will be back!!!

Worst service ever. Waiter never checked in on us it was not because he was super busy he just stayed at two tables the whole time and basically ignored the other 3 tables he had. Our drinks came out wrong twice then they messed our order up. I was never offered a refill. I’m always been a good tipper but this was the first time I left nothing he literally did nothing, but take my order someone else brought my drinks and someone else brought my food. The manager came out and fixed my drinks and my food. The bust boy got me to go plates and bags so I don’t feel bad for not tipping. Only time he asked if everything was OK was when I was about to leave

We came to chilis in Wilson tonight for the first time in over a year. We quit coming because we noticed our friend Elliott was not working the front… we walked in tonight and saw him and knew it was going to be great!! Everyone who walked by our table asked if we needed refills, asked how the food was, etc. The food was great too! Everything was hot and tasty. Even better, the price was great! You can’t go anywhere these days and eat for 2 for $23. We will definitely come back more often! Chilis in Wilson is amazing!

This may be the best Chili's in the country, definitely the best I've been to. The staff was extremely friendly, and the food came out FAST and was delicious. It's hard to stand out as a chain restaurant, but this one definitely does!

Usually good with slow service this time was fast service with not so good food... we went for my granddaughter birthday (her choice) our waitress was rude impatient when taking the order and disrespectful when she got the order wrong the host tried to make the best of a bad situation he’s the only reason I’m giving two stars and after all the frustration of dealing with a rude disrespectful waitress the food wasn’t good 🤦🏽♀️total waste of time and money
