Chipotle Mexican Grill

Went there on 12/4/24 around 3:30 pm and the staff seem lazy, the food did not look fresh, no one cared to ask if I need any help, so I promptly left.

This review has been years in the making. They never have food, either the brisket is missing or other items. The drink area is always dirty and the staff, is hit or miss, lately they've been a miss... I was so excited that we had a Chipotle come to Wilson,... because we used to drive down to smithfield for it .. but the food, customer service and the cleanliness of this store..makes us not even want to go here in Wilson ... total let down... always

I’m glad that I’m not crazy and all the other reviews are in line with mine. I ordered for me and my friend- his food, the chicken was undercooked and for me the sofritas- I got 1/3d to half of a plate. I don’t eat fast food like that but man they know how to mess up fast food.

Catering order was late. Staff had no sense of urgency. They didn’t even have food out for customers that arrived at 10:45 opening time. When another customer came in and asked when they were starting to serve food, no one answered him and he turned around and left.

In my catering box, the lids were not on the salsas all the way so it spilled in the box. The tortillas were freezing cold and no one wanted to eat them. Very disappointed in this location.

Ordered online which I never do. I typically go inside but I didn't have a ton of time today. Got back to work and my chicken bowl had no chicken...I called back and took me 8 minutes to get someone on the phone. Explained my bowl was incorrect and that I was across town. I got an apology and was on my way back to get it remade. When I got there it was remade and I saw chicken so I was not too concerned. Well I got to work and it has very little chicken in it as all and a ton of everything else. I appreciate remaking the bowl but I don't think I will be back. :( I am a new mom with little to no time, travel 2 hours a day and rarely have time to get a good meal. I used to love this place many months ago :( Service was good but food was not up to par.

After not being able to read the spelling of a name, and getting confused because she sucks at her job, the young lady at the drive-through window told me to not come back here again as I was pulling out. So, that’s the kind of people who work here.

Terrible. Showed up ready to eat during regular working hours. Staff was standing around inside like a bunch of mannequins with the lights and the doors locked. Several customers came and went, stymied by the locked doors. No sign or indication of what sort of game they were playing.

If the store closes at 11pm why are the doors locked at 7:43 pm? I did an online order and had to wait 20mins and there was only one car ahead of me. That’s ridiculous

They need to shut it down or get new management.It was fly in the rice the worker scoop the fly out with the spoon and put the the spoon back in the rice and didn’t even replace it,they always out of something like they need to shut it down!

Unclean, slow service, I ordered my food online, I came and had to wait 20 mins, I went inside and they couldn’t make my food on the spot, I had to wait another 10 minutes, the kicker is, they weren’t busy at all, save your money

The worst burrito i ever had no chicken was left and they didn't even pull a fresh batch of chicken to make the burritos . The young lady came running from no where with a spoon of chicken smh . " I WOULD NEVER COME BACK AGAIN".

Placed a online order drove 20 minutes there and still had to wait 45 minutes, cook coughing over the grill while cooking chicken or whatever it was without gloves or covering her mouth, one guy went outside twice and didnt change his gloves, I asked for a refund guy got snappy and said “do it online” and stormed off with attitude after waving me off. VERY rude to older customers, My cheese was furry and had hair hanging out of my quesadilla. Not one drink in the fountain was working, tea nasty I saw another customer immediately spit it out, all lemonades empty, floors and tables nasty Chips stale and queso DISGUSTING!!!! For this to be my first experience going to chipotle I’ll never go again I’ll pass

The men working this night were very friendly and professional. After a long day of driving, I'm grateful for the meal they prepped for me.
