Chipotle Mexican Grill

It’s been a long time since we’ve had good service at the Chipotle on Forest Hills Rd in Wilson, NC (2304 Forest Hills Rd W, Wilson, NC 27893), so we decided to give it another try — and I’m so glad we did. Blake (working around 7 PM on 11/19/2025) was absolutely amazing! He greeted everyone who walked in with genuine positivity and such a great attitude. His energy truly made our night and made the whole experience so much better for our family.

I visit many chipotles for my lunches during work. This one is by far my favorite. The portion sizes are great. The staff is amazing. Everything is clean. Whenever I’m in the area, I will be back!

Don’t waste your money. This location needs to be shut down! Like why is my 6 year old bowl heavier than mines? And she only got rice chicken and light cheese………

I am Vegan and ordered the vegan meat as a treat for myself as I live on a very small budget. When the delivery came, it was labelled as vegan meat but they sent me real steak I have to give it to my neighbour as I won't eat this and I cannot afford to buy something else to eat today. Not only that they label it as vegan meat not caring you can't reach them. I was 45 minutes in the telephone system, just not to reach anyone. These people don't care.

The bathroom was so gross. Like disgusting!!!!! Actually, the whole place was dirty. The condiment area, the soda station, the trash cans, the tables. The only thing that was good was the guac. I expect better for a $13 meal. Get it together, Chipotle!

This chipotle is absolute trash. They don’t care about their customers. Always out of ingredients. I’ve emailed customer service so many times and nothing has been done. Chipotle has gone down hill and hasn’t been the same.

The girl did not speak up like omg I ain't even get beans they give u a pinch of meat like omg never going back I need some time of payback for that. I want my beans. With 2 people in there

Employees are the worst. We ordered our food. Cheese was out. They told me they haven't got around to getting more from the back. We were the only 2 people in the restaurant. After they served us they continued their day talking with their coworkers.This was at 4pm. CMG stock is down. This could be why.

We decided to finally try this place because my wife had been given a gift card for her birthday..the staff was friendly and sort of helpful..it was our first time here and we were just trying to figure out how things worked here..well..everything thing is out together in front of you..we chose a bowl..it was either brown rice or white rice rice as a base and your meat choice on top plus toppings..I got the steak and my wife chose chicken..it was pretty good..not great but good and for $34 I want better..for that money I'll go to El Tap which is our favorite local Mexican restaurant..$34 was a lot for what seemed like a fast food joint..I didn't like the inside of this place..was kinda loud..not super loud but not quiet like I prefer..it was good but for us it's a one n done..

This is the worse location I've been to. Iwent at 2pm on a Monday. First, they won't make your bowl the way that you order your toppings. Second, it seems like they never have regular sizes bags of chips, only large and you can't use your rewards for them. Third, if you get chips, they're stale and chewy. Horrible standards management.

Came in today, and as I was having my bowls made and telling guy with tattoos i wanted extra meat on all (which I knew I was paying extra for) he began to have an attitude. Which weird and unnecessary, his attitude is giving shitty and very weird. Doesn’t matter if I wanted a bowl full of chicken, if I was paying extra for it why would it matter?
