At 130 pm u walk in they r out of basic ingredients such as rice beans n instead of apology being told there’s nothing can be done is abysmal of customer service if u can’t have right ingredients shut it down your prices have been up for long time could have gotten better service at Taco Bell than over here n be mindful of portion sizes feel they do serve u based on ur race for sure which is so unwelcoming what a waste of money n time avoid it

it was a bad experience from the beginning to the end. Saturday 1 pm a huge line and just 3 employees. The post a piece of paper at the entrance apologizing because they had to close lobby due to lack of staff. It took me 17’ to get my food just to have the cashier screaming to a kid who wanted to open the door for a teammate who was going to eat with him. The lady at the cashier super rude and with no tolerance to anything, kind of a crazy and hysterical lady frustrated with no experience in customer service. Very rude and a disrespectful and I just didn’t say anything because she was old but she needs a training in customer service. Food was not good as the tomatoes was super acid and cover the whole bowl with that strong vinegar flavor .

The restaurant closes at 11pm. We show up at 8:30pm and the doors are locked with 3 employees standing there playing on the phone. Clearly avoiding us, not wanting to make eye contact. If you want to close 2.5 hrs early at least be professional about it and not disrespect the paying customers.
Please be careful when eating here. Make sure to check your food for items. I grabbed a quick bit for lunch. I used take out through chipotlane. I start eating my food and all of a sudden I see this weird grey thing. It’s freaking jagged plastic of some kind. It was in my freaking food. Not cool at all.Nothing worst than wasting money on food not to eat it. But to also see something like that. Just saying everyone please be safe when eating from here. I filed a corporate complaint but I doubt they will ever do anything about it.*Update*The contact form they said to use took me back to the same place I already used before. Still no contact with an actual human just the chatbot named pepper. They ask if you’d like to get contacted but they still don’t.
