Service was horrible and most of the food came out cold after waiting for almost 30 minutes for the food. Do not recommend this place at all.

We were there on March 09 and served by
Melayna. She was an excellent server in every way. We
give her 5 stars. She couldn't have been better. Servers like
her ensure we will return again and again. Please let
her know.

Very disappointed that my favorites are no longer on the menu. Country ham and pork chops.

We eat from CB 2-3 times per month and find it to be a pleasurable experience. Last night presented something quite different. When I questioned a charge and requested a refund a member of the management team responded with sarcasm, rudeness, and total intolerance. I hope it was nothing more than he was having a bad day. I would not like to think he is that unprofessional always.

Parking: All parking is close to entrance to restaurant.

First of all, I am a Cracker Barrel fan. Typically they serve consistently good meals. Today the food was terrible and the service was average. Maybe it’s this location.

We eat here every time we travel. We mostly do the breakfast because we love the hash brown casserole and the baked apples.

My last visit to Cracker Barrel at Exit 121 on 3/1/2025 was the worst experience I’ve had in all the years of dining at their restaurants. The service was disappointing, with a long wait even after being seated. My husband’s toast didn’t arrive until after he had already finished his meal, and the host excused it by saying the toaster wasn’t the best. Instead of addressing the delays, the host continued making excuses for the staff. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

Waited about 30 minutes to get seated. Sat down ordered. Got chicken that was overcooked, greens. It tasted like nothing but perhaps socks, and potatoes with no flavor. This used to be a good place. Very disappointed. Don't know why there are so many people here unless they just don't have taste buds.

Waited over 30 minutes our server never stopped by or even greeted us. Other people were walking in after us and getting served. It’s not hard to be a server or send someone over to let us know what’s going on. The management clearly can’t run the restaurant properly. The host that sat us walked by Multiple times without a care in the world. Isn’t the host suppose to communicate with the server. Never have I ever been to restaurant where I was ignored the whole time!

Winter is the best time to me, to have a seat by the fire at Cracker Barrel. The food is the best for those nights I don't want to cook. I don't know if I love dine-in or pick-up more. Either way, I never leave without something from nostalgic candy to a birthday gift from the store. I love this place!

Parking: Plenty of free parking around the entire building. Convenient and clearly labeled pick-up and/or handicap parking directly in front.
