Waited 28 minutes for 1 bacon cheeseburger. When I went up and asked what was taking so long, they said my order was given to someone else by mistake. This is totally unacceptable. It's fast food, not rocket

First time here and will be back. They offer a variety of food from burgers to chicken to seafood. I ordered a Dbl Bacon Deluxe Butter Burger combo and Butterfly Shrimp. That was pretty good. Dessert was somewhat a challenge because they don't offer any signature Concrete creations so you have to create your own. So a foodie like myself might have trouble deciding what would taste the best together. However the staff was patient and helpful with this process lol. The atmosphere was busy and buzzy. The dining room TV was set to entertain children, so SpongeBob was doing his job. I will be back to try some other menu items and to take some pics.
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries a drink and got a side of cheese sauce. Everything was great except the chicken sandwich. It wasn’t done at all on the inside. But I never called to complain I’ll just get the fries only from now on.

We found this Culver's after watching a food vlogger talk about it. We stopped on our way to Southport, NC and were blown away! The double butter burger was fantastic, the fish was so light and fresh and delicious! The onion rings were thin and so yummy and we ended with their custard! It's a little bit off 95 but soooo worth it! Can't wait to head back in July!

The only thing that was positive here was the service. The people that work at Culver's are very friendly. I ordered a double cheese burger and my spouse ordered a cod sandwich. My burger burnt making it taste bitter and the cod sandwich was very mushy. I would've brought it to the cashier's attention but it was getting very busy due to it being lunch time. The restaurant is very clean but the seating arrangement is very stupid, to say the least. We wanted to sit in the back to be closer to the windows but the way the tables are set up makes you sit right in people's way. The disappointment and frustration is even more prominent because we drive all the way from Williamsburg, Virginia to try this place. Will definitely avoid the chain restaurant in future adventures.
