Two stars for the delicious ice cream. Minus three stars because “Shamaya” along with other staff not listed on the receipt need customer service training. Although I thought being kind and friendly would be a requirement to even have her job but I digress. Yelling through the speaker at the drive thru, no greeting at the window, and just an all around disgraceful attitude just really isn’t pleasant. Do better.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This Dairy Queen is the worst. Just drove 25 minutes to this Dairy Queen cause it’s the only one here and the girl told us at the drive thru that there was a 15 minute wait on ice cream!! We tried walking in and another girl stopped us and said it was drive thru only. We went back through the drive thru and the girl told us again it was 15 minutes and park in front of the store. We did not understand how the hell Dairy Queen is a mostly ice cream company that can’t even keep the machines on to sell the products. Every time we come here, there’s always something not available or they’re “out of stock” with certain ingredients. This place needs to do better.

Rudest employees. Ignore their customer. GOT to store at 8 no one answered driveup order speaker, went to window no one there, went to front door locked. Finally saw someone in back. Knocked on door employees cursed and yelled, gestured and refused to serve my family??? Been going to this location for over 10 years. NEVER again.

went to drive up, no answer, went to window no answer. no one there, went to front door locked. looked in window. all employees hiding in back. finally came out cursing and yelling. refused to serve our family. By far rudest people. The last time we went the attitude of the employees was questionable. After today,? Weve been going to this location for 10 years....... NEVER AGAIN.
The person taking the orders was eating while taking our order. The tabels were dirty. But the ice cream was good.

Not helpful at all today. Everything we asked for that was on the menu wasn’t available anymore. They even said they don’t do the Julius’s anymore?!?! Was more than happy to send us away with nothing. This location needs employees that at least act like they care

Ice machine was down. Previous visit they were out of bananas. So no thoughts on the food due to disappointment

My question is who thought to promote the person to a managerial position that hires the roaches that work at this location. Moved away from this area almost 10 years ago, have never visited this Dairy Queen location & they reminded me why I’ve never missed this place.Not that these morons care but little did the cashier know, as I was trying to figure out my order for 4 different people in my car - she was getting impatient & the person at the window with her happened to be my sister - she proceeds to tell her coworkers “This girl needs to hurry up” while smacking her lips. I’m sure her mom’s real proud.They list off the 100 things they’re not offering today, one of them being what my sister came for & so she proceeds to ask just for a plain ice cream cone, nothing in it. Pretty simple request you would think….the girl rudely asked her 3x “small, medium, large” (asking about ice cream size) & my sister finally realized she wasn’t comprehending what she was saying so she tried to catch her at the window with no success, so she paid for the ice cream she didn’t ask for & finally was able to ask the girl for a PLAIN cone. Which generously came with a side of ratchet attitude. Shocker.All of that to swing back to my original question, who looked at these people and thought “yep, you’re the person I want to represent my business”. ?

This place do not have no manners! Me and my husband went there to get a blizzard and a sundae gave the coupon to the girl and that is what she was a little girl because she act like one . When we came in she didn’t have a smile on her face and I was asking her about the coupon she act like she didn’t know what I was talking about . She wasn’t friendly at all and I feel like if you don’t know how to treat people right then you shouldn’t have took that position. Some little kids just work for a pay check and it’s sad but I will not be coming there anymore .The Kids didn’t look clean and they act like they didn’t care. Y’all need to get a new team in there because they are not it ! This was my first time and last time there . Windsor Virginia is more friendly and professional and I love going there but this place in Wilson NC they are not professional! Y’all need a NEW CREW !!!!!!! Plus they didn’t put a top on our blizzard! SMH ??♀️

I've been going to this DQ for a while now. Day or night. They have the rudest workers in this area. I always get tge same thing and charged a different price for it each time. When I questioned it the ladies really had a bad attitude, rolled their eyes and all as if they didn't need a job. The quality of my ice cream has gone from bad to worse. Today the ice cream was not even ready. It was melting already before they handed it to me. When I asked, is the ice cream not ready yet? She said no. My question is WHY is it being sold if it's not ready yet??? I actually asked that question and received a non schalant shoulder shrug. It didn't even phase me because at that moment my mind was made up that I would never go there again. I've literally had an issue every time I've been there over the past year. I'm finally done. I will stop at a DQ in another city where the service and quality is better.
