Two days in a row orders were filled wrong. 2nd day neither Blizzard was what was ordered…like no one knew what they were doing. Poor manners overall in drive through. After reading older reviews it seems they still can’t get their act together…Apologies are insufficient….no action taken….= they don’t care.

Please close this place !! It's obvious that you guys do nothing with your employees by reading your reviews all you do is apologize.The girl at the drive-thru was extremely rude this is my second time coming to this location and every time have been unable to order anything because of the lack of professionalism that is offered at this location. It really sucks because it's the only Dairy Queen in town. But will not be returning!!!!!

l can only hope that this site is not part of Dairy Queen corporate because the level of stupidity, laziness, and rudeness dictates that this store should close. I and approximately 15 other cars waited in line in the drive thru on Saturday, Feb 17 from 8pm to 845pm (for about 45 mins) until we each pulled forward only to be told at the window "oh we closed". If you don't know how to run a business or hire people that don't have their heads up their rear ends, then please go out of business so others can treat people right.

We went in last night, and 2 employees were sitting in the customer area. Both grumbled about having to get up, but slowly did so. I ordered a Blizzard and a milkshake. The cashier told the other person my order. she looked at her and said "does it look like I can make a milkshake?" Apparently the machine was broken. I went ahead and ordered 2 blizzards. As I took my card out to pay the cashier said "cash only". (those were just about the first words she spoke to me" Luckily, I has cash on me. There was no sign anywhere telling customers this. we left without hearing so much as a good bye, thank you nothing. Service and attitudes were horrendous

Went to order ice cream on the inside around 2020, about 1.5 hours before they are supposed to close. They said that only the drive thru was open. Went to the drive thru and they said the ice cream machine was down. Best thing they can do with this location is close it. They can rebuild a free standing one with employees that want to work, and management that cares. I will not ever try to return to this location. DQ fan team, quit replying and make a change to this terrible location. Words mean nothing, time for action.

I called to ask about a special Dairy Queen is running for Labor Day on blizzards. The guy answered like me was averting his personal phone. "Hello" I had to ask did it even call the right number. So I continue to ask him about it and he doesn't know if they are doing it or not. His writes were "you probably have to have a coupon or something! I said we'll the ad on Dairy Queen's website doesn't say anything about a coupon. He said well I don't know then! So I asked him could he ask someone about it. His answer was, "no one's here!" TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!

They never have anything …if the item is no longer on the menu take the menu down change it I mean almost very item it either gone or no longer sold …and it’s not the staffs fault its cooperate or the franchise owners fault for leaving a old outdated menu up

What we ordered was good. I just couldn't get what I wanted due to the smoothie machine being down. This has happened more than once. I get that this is a smaller location. The selection just seems very limited.
