Food is perfect. The service is amazing. Also the wait time on phone and for pizza is way shorter than the one on Raliegh Road. Also idk why but their food is always more fresh and for some reason cheaper Also. If you want better all dont go to raliegh road location go to this location. I promise you wont be disappointed.

They couldn’t fjnd my order. Got my pizza 20 minutes late. Asked for the manager. Lady at window went to talk to a lady. I asked to speak to manager. A man came to talk to me. He said he was manager and I told him lady had said the other lady was manager. He said she was corporate. She wouldn’t come to window. I told him I was complaining to corporate. He raised his voice at me so I drove off. He was hanging out the window hollering at me as I drove off. Got home. Pizza cold and not the pizza I ordered!

After waiting 45 min I was told delivery was running 1 to 2 hours, and my pizza had been sitting out for over 30 mins. I asked to cancel, staff was rude, unapologetic and REFUSED to refund. Then NEVER did deliver my order. Stole my $31.87. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!!

Malcom was so kind and did such a wonderful job cooking our pizza. Me and my family had such a long day after working and this pizza really just refreshed us. Time management was well with picking up our pizza and our order was correct. My husband said when he had to pick up the pizza on April 09/2025 around dinner time it was slammed pack and Malcom was the only person there. For there to only be one person running the place tonight it was AMAZING!

Do not order from this place. How do you completely mess up someone’s order and don’t give a credit, let them get the correct pizzas later, or even offer something extra for them to have to come back to pickup their correct order? It’s their company policy apparently. I’ve ordered from dominos for years and haven’t heard about that policy. Crazy… don’t waist your time or money.
This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered delivery at 11:08 and the order got stuck on quality check at 11:16 until…I called and guy answered with an attitude, I just cancelled the order cause who wants food from a nasty attitude. Needs new management ASAP!

Close it down tried placing a order on line wouldn't work tried calling the store to place the order waited for 10 minutes nobody answered so I drove to the store stood infront of them never got a hey kiss my ass or nothing I'm done with domino's I'll spend double at pizza hut for the same thing before I come back

We're told our order was not at that store, we're told to drive to the other dominos, EVEN THOUGH THEIR APP SAID IT WAS READY AT THEIR STORE. So after driving back and forth over Wilson, we returned to this location and the manager Stephanie, was completely rude and offered nothing for the inconvenience caused by them than a 1.99 2 liter, like 1 third of the gas wasted due to their rise, horrible service.
