Had to wait 10 minutes to receive my food which is fine I have patience that comes with the expectation of my order being correct and cooked thoroughly. Between my food not being cooked correctly and not being given sauces I asked for I will not be returning as my health was put at risk and more so the staff is incompetent.

Food was 5 Stars. The attitude of Vinette brought the rating down to 1 Star. Talking over me at the register and rushing me with absolutely no respect. I was the only one in line. I said thank you after every question and I couldn’t even get an acknowledgment in return. Please adjust your attitude while working with the public. At least pretend to care about your job. I will definitely be going back to the other location from now on. They are extremely nice and courteous over there.

I will definitely stick to only breakfast order the biggie bag. The french fries were colder in January loaded with salt. As for no ketchup, get home full of ketchup burgers like they been under the lamp for 2 or 3 hours. They don't have to worry about me no more and on top of that try to put the code in from my receipt. It didn't work either

Ordered 4 BEC biscuits at the drive thru. The line barely moved to the point that at least 5 or 6 cars pulled out of line behind me and left. They had such operational incompetence that they couldn’t serve their customers in a timely manner and it was resulting in lost sales. Naturally, I assumed that the hold up was prepping fresh food for the 6 cars in front of me, but when I finally got my food, it wasn’t exactly hot. Management and staffing issues need to be fixed.
