We go often early on weekday mornings and the food is always delicious. One of my favorite breakfast stops. The service is always quick and the staff are so super friendly!!! Big shout out to the weekday morning crew!

Cashier was doing his best to keep things flowing but the General Manager was lost and not giving clear direction. Took me 20 minutes to get a kids meal and 2 others ordered before me and didn’t even get their food before me. Then when I leave, I get in the car and start eating only to realize they gave me an old and cold double cheeseburger. No I didn’t go back because I was already 20 minutes late for work

Ordered a smoked sausage biscuit and a coffee. The biscuit was so overcooked it was as dark at the sausage.
This Hardee’s location has really fallen off. It’s never super busy, so I can’t understand why the food is never hot! I ordered a chicken sandwich on Frisco bread with Swiss cheese and a small hash brown. The hash browns were just warm, and the chicken breast was overcooked, yet somehow still not hot enough to melt the cheese.
For how expensive the food is, the least they can do is prepare it fresh. How is that so hard? I won’t give this location another chance. The Hardee’s in Rocky Mount down 301 is always top tier, they know what integrity and quality service look like.
