Sat in drive-thru for 15 minutes waiting on food and when I get my food. The burger was burnt and the fries was cold. I said something to the girl at the window and she said we close now so I asked for my money back and the manager comes to the window and says I can make you some fresh fries and no apology. And walks off from the window
Got "the bag" with a double cheeseburger and a ranch wrap. The patties on the cheeseburger were so thin I could the paper through it and the wrap wasn't even a wrap, just a smashed together soft taco. The only good thing that actually tasted good were the 🍟👍

They are supposed to open at 5am yet when I come on my break at 5:15 am they have me wait at the drive thru speaker for 15 min most days because they aren't ready to open yet. That really waste my time on my break. Also if I'm the first person in line my food should be hot n fresh and not taste like they refried chicken and steak from the day before

Extremely slow! Been sitting in a Drive-Thru for almost 10 minutes now and haven't even spoken to anybody since I paid. Yeah the lady was sitting at the window at her back to me. Definitely not coming back to this Hardee's.

The chicken tenders have basically no chicken. They are fried so hard you can’t even chew them. This is the second time I’ve had them and they were the same both times. Plus they were cold! Will not be going back.

Upon arriving at the intercom to order I asked for a moment, and was repeatedly asked “what did I want” only sitting there maybe 15 seconds I was rushed into ordering. The woman at the window who also took my order rudely shook the back dumping my fries and making a mess of the hotdog. Very unprofessional and snarky character at this location. No pride in the work they so do don’t deserve.
