My fiancé and I are new to the Wilson area and decided to try some hibachi after leaving target. My fiancé had hibachi steak and I had the hibachi chicken. Half the plate was filled with stale, hard, old, unseasoned vegetables. Additionally, we both had very little meat (5 pieces each) which is alarming considering the price ($35 for us). The minuscule amount of chicken and steak was also extremely bland, tough, and reminded me of food you would give to a dog. We will never return back to this establishment. Don’t waste your money!!!

If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. Ordered steak and chicken hibachi w/ soba noodles & veggies. Literally had no more than 10 tiny bites of steak and chicken combined. My four year old eats more protein with her meals. It wasn’t even a full serving. What a rip off! Not to mention it being overcooked, dry and bland. And NO veggies were on the plate after paying extra! Literally no taste. Just old boiled meat w/ sticky gummy noodles . I’m disgusted and quite literally pissed. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO ANOTHER SPOT.

I usually call in my orders so it’s ready to go when I get there the atmosphere is a lil to small for me but overall fresh food made to order & if you ask for veggies it will be little meat compared to the veggies I see clearly what they doing trying to do “SAVE” by cutting back; first it was the sauce now the meat it should be vegan 101 Frrl for 2 people it’s about $19 with no drink they use to give a drink for the kids meal now they don’t even do that I probably won’t be going back.

I’ve been eating here since high school and it’s always been so delicious! Sad to see so many 1 star ratings for a staple of Wilson. Great portion sizes and the food is always fresh and tastes amazing. There’s some kinda magic in their white yum yum sauce too - it’s the best of any hibachi place I’ve had. Couldn’t recommend Hibachi 101 more. Oh and it’s affordable and always has been!
