I’ve been eating here since high school and it’s always been so delicious! Sad to see so many 1 star ratings for a staple of Wilson. Great portion sizes and the food is always fresh and tastes amazing. There’s some kinda magic in their white yum yum sauce too - it’s the best of any hibachi place I’ve had. Couldn’t recommend Hibachi 101 more. Oh and it’s affordable and always has been!

This place has changed a lot since I last visited. Food taste and portion is not the same as before and now you get charged for every sauce container. I understand everything has gone up on price but keep the same portion as before. From now on I am going elsewhere when I have hibachi appetite.

I love this place and the food is amazing but the worker at the front was being rude and arguing with all the customers. When I stepped up to try counter after placing an order online I thought the food on the counter was the items I orderedZ she starts calling out numbers and not being clear and sharply speaking. There was a million better ways to handle that and she had a terrible attitude. I had ordered 25 min earlier two orders and thought that was mine. Idea: don’t put any food on counter. Leave it behind until someone picks up and you will avoid this. Sadly it’ll be a long time if ever I return and we were 3-5 times weekly & large events as well.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this place was on a mission to earn 1 star from the beginning. We greeted the employee to order and she didn’t greet us back ( rude ) second after we ordered which was at 8:30pm (they close at 9pm) she told me no dine in. Why wouldn’t she tell me before I paid ?? Now I had to eat in my car and stink up my car. Third , Every hibachi I been to before normally is 1/2 of the plate with steak and the other half with rice. This place literally gave me like 1/4 of the plate worth of steak, Now at $14 I would expect more steak. I definitely DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Save your money please. The staff and food sucked. Please do better, bless y’all heart !

Ordered in advance, chicken and shrimp hibachi. Chicken was very dry and tasted like cardboard. Shrimp swam down my throat. But the rice was okay. No utensils were given even tho it was ordered to go. I have nothing against walking across the target parking lot twice.
