Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries

We called our order in and person taking the order seem as if he did know the menu or understand what we were ordering. We pick order up and French fries were cooked more than once and no gravy on hambuger steak plate. Also you need to up date your prices on your online web site.

I went here yesterday for lunch and the food was really good, the staff where amazing and it was just pretty clean

I’m not the type to leave reviews.
So I don’t go here much due to I never think about this place. But food and service were great! While I was dining in, I witnessed a gentleman come in off the streets with what appeared to be everything he owned. I heard him say something to the lady at the counter. I heard her ask what he would like. He said, anything that you’ll give me. He sat down and a few minutes later she brought a to go bag out and a drink. He left to go enjoy his meal elsewhere. I asked the lady when it came time for us to pay our bill about what I witnessed. She explained that he comes around once a week. He’s a retired veteran that apparently gets no help. But I witnessed her blessing him. I’m not sure the situation. I just know what I witnessed this kind lady did and for that, they got my business! I hope people see this and visits this place on Forest Hills Rd. Very good and kind hearted people. I did ask if she was the manager. She replied that she was the owner. I wouldn’t had thought that she was the owner cause she was hustling and waiting tables at the same time. I’ll definitely be back!

Very disappointed with my experience. I watched my food being prepared and proper food safety was not followed. Staff handled my food without washing hands or using gloves after touching other surfaces, including placing my onion rings in the fryer. I spoke up about it at the time, but it was still ignored. I was issued a refund as I requested however, Food safety was clearly overlooked, and I will not be returning.

My husband and I visited a couple of weeks ago. Best experience ever. The food was great and extremely affordable. The customer service was outstanding. Becky was so nice. I’ll will be coming back real soon

Not worth the price. I paid $4.99 for half tots/half onion rings. I received 13 tots and 4 tiny onion rings. The Concrete for $5.89 is also at least $2 too expensive. Never again.

My son and I visited this location today. I ordered the cheesesteak with chilli cheese fries so good everything was hot and fresh. The restaurant was really clean and the staff were nice. Our server was Emma I think was her name. Love Hwy 55

As I was walking up the server runs to open the door for me. She states that she’s new as we get to talking. Food was hot and fresh. Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience.

Nicole is an unsavory person with no ability to help regarding cold food and customer service. I asked to talk to a manager so I can discuss why food can’t be remade if it’s cold. She said they just “don’t do that”. Call was around 2pm on a Sunday. I have worked customer service and would not treat anyone this way, if you serve cold food please fix it. I hope management retrains her

My order is always missing something.

“The food here is always good. When I arrived, the place was nearly empty aside from a few employees on their lunch break. A cute, short girl with freckles helped me, and she was very attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. Great service overall.
