“The food here is always good. When I arrived, the place was nearly empty aside from a few employees on their lunch break. A cute, short girl with freckles helped me, and she was very attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. Great service overall.

This use to be my favorite burger joint but not any more..I feel like they're trying to get it together but they have a ways to go..this last time I went , my wife placed a to go order and I went to pick it up..as soon as I walk in I notice several tables waiting for food plus a Door Dash runner..Three cooks but orders just not coming out until what I assumed to be a manager stepped behind the counter and then things changed..orders were coming out quickly..the food was good not great..the waitresses seemed to be trying but something was off..just not what it use to be..

Y’all!!! I’ve always loved Andys(it’ll never be hwy 55 for me). But today I stopped and got lunch. Two Philly cheesesteak combos, chili cheese fries and a couple shakes. Let me tell you!!!! That cheesesteak was PERFECT!!! of all the ones I’ve gotten, this was by far the best one. The chili cheese fries were actually drowned in chili and cheese like they used to be. (Usually other ones give me sample cups of cheese and chili). The staff were super friendly and this will be my go to Andy’s from now on. 5 stars for sure ⭐️

Very Rude If You Don’t Want to Be there stay home also NO GLOVES On while preparing Food. SMH (totally unacceptable)!!!

This is the best hwy55 I ever been to they got the best cheesesteak and chop steak platter and shrimp platter I am definitely coming back to this hwy55

Very disappointed in today’s visit ESPECIALLY given how happy we have been since the new ownership and reopen. I went in for lunch around 12:42pm today on 7/11/25. It wasn’t extremely busy. Nobody greeted me and after sitting at a table (directly in front of the counter) for roughly 10 minutes, nobody asked to get me a beverage, place an order, menus, etc….. I made eye contact with both waitresses and 1 of the cooks and STILL not an acknowledgment. They did however have time to check their phones, drink their beverages, walk past me and refill their beverages, and one of the young ladies working even had time to go visit with another male employee and talk with him while he was on break. Please to better so I can upgrade this review. I actually REALLY do like the food.
