Great small town pub. A bit tight on space BUT a great clientele, excellent service and reasonable priced. Definitely coming back.

Great locally own business, bartenders are great. Beer is cold and mixed drinks are always delicious. They sometimes have food trucks . Check them out on Facebook. Always a fun time with our circle.

This place was awesome! The drinks were absolutely perfect, the bartender was so nice and accommodating. And this was my first time going to a bar so I don’t really know cocktails, but she made me the slytherin drink from a while back and recommended me the bourbon smash. Everything was delicious and the music playing was so good!
I could easily stay here for hours. 😂

It’s….okay. Everything about the bar is okay. It’s okay for Wilson. It’s an okay beer selection. It’s an okay drink list. It’s just okay.
Service could have been a bit more personable. I think the barback (maybe) was the nicest one but she is also the youngest. Hence why she was nicer
It’s clear this is a predominantly white bar. I say that not because of the 98 percent of white ppl there but because in the 45 minutes I was there I had one white woman come up and ask me if j was okay? Why wouldn’t I be? The way she asked felt very….1950s girl you don’t belong here.
Then I had two separate white women ask to touch my hair and get mad and gas light me when i didn’t want them to. I mean thankfully they asked as most don’t. But child it’s 2025 almost. I know most of them voted for trump but let’s be somewhat intelligent and know that’s not an appropriate response to someone black.
All in all. It was okay. Would I to Back? Sure. But only if I am in Wilson and only bc I find it amusing that ppl act as if they have never seen a black person before lol.

I went there twice and the first time it was ok. I found it to be very clicky and if you're new to the area, there's not a welcoming feeling. I felt like I walked into the Twilight Zone with all the looks I got. There's no food but allow you to buy from their deli store they own down the street that are a bit pricey in my opinion and bring it back to the bar. I don't understand why there's no pretzels or peanuts on the bar to offer, especially, with all the drinking going on. I decided to give it another whirl and went a second time. When I walked in there were children sitting at the bar and I noticed two open seats at two different tables. I walked over to sit down at one of the open seats. Two young kids ran over from the bar and sat down before I took a seat. I didn't see a parent watching them. Where I was from, children are not allowed in a bar, especially, sitting at one while people are doing shots, etc. I went over to the bar and ordered a drink with a hello and smile; the barmaid was not friendly and looked busy. I noticed two barstools not being sat on; however, two women placed their bags on them so no one could sit down. I walked over to the shuffleboard table to sip my drink and stood there for about 15 minutes watching the entertainment and all I got were strange looks. Where did they want me to go or stand. The unsupervised children kept running back and forth from the barstools they confiscated and ran over to the open seats at the table while yelling over to me that I can't sit there. The entertainment seemed to be all country music which is ok for a while but there are some people who like a mix and I'm one of them. I would not go back again and feel that the owners who own this establishment should be a bit more welcoming rather than make it clear that newcomers are not wanted there. Not a warm and fuzzy place. I found a nicer welcoming place nearby that I frequent on occasion now called The Porch and the other one is The Public House. It's not as clicky as Ice and Fuel. Peace.

First time there. Went for karaoke. Not too crowded. Really cute place. Shuffle board table game and darts. Asked for a gin martini and it was made with sweet vermouth ??. Didnt have Bombay or Beefeater gin. Settled for Tanqueray. Girl bartender wasn't very friendly. Maybe an off night for her. Would be nice if they sell bags of chips or snacks coz they don't sell cooked food, which is fine. Wish karaoke was more than once a month. Maybe a trivia nite? Will definitely go back.
