Being originally from N.J. I always thought this place was the closest in taste to Yankee pizza ! It was my Go To with the original owner and original crew ! When they first changed hands I tried it ! I thought the pizza was too doughy so I would go all the way to Peppermill from Stantonsburg ! Last night we decided to give them another chance after years of bypassing this place . I am so glad we did ! I apologize for my stubbornness but in my defense I am a loyal person ! I wish they would spruce up the place but that is not on them ! That is on Wilson County powers that be for letting certain parts get dilapidated while pouring monies into other parts ! Best food in all of Wilson - I cannot even begin to explain how phenomenal the pizza was. The crust was perfection, the sauce was perfectly seasoned and the mushrooms were the best I'd ever had. The entire staff was so kind and considerate to slice my toddler's pizza for her.

Trying to find a good NY style pizza is difficult. Stopped in to try a single cheese pizza slice before I buy a whole pie. The joint reminded me of a deli in NY. The pizza DID NOT disappoint! Was very good and will definitely come back for more. I also look forward to trying other menu items as well.

First me beef patties were burned after they attempted to make me more they were cold in inside and the cheese was not melted,this as place had really fell off
