Found this place on Google tonight and decided to order to-go. It was delicious. Can’t wait to dine in. Looks like a really cute place!

Food was delicious but we were a bit disappointed in some aspects of service compared to previous visits. Not sure if staffing was lower than expected but we waited a few minutes to be greeted and got our cutlery and bread delivered well after being seated.
I would still recommend this place for dinner but maybe not for a special celebration.

Wow
This place seemed out of the way on a back street and we had to cross railroad tracks…..
The place was was neat as a pin inside and out on a Tuesday night the place was sort of busy…..
We had a heritage bone in grilled pork chop which was grilled perfect served with a choice of many sides of which we sampled
Mushroom risotto, garlic mashed, green beans , creamed spinach all amazing and fresh and added a Cabernet mushroom sauce and a cheese sauce that was spot on….
The bartender manager busier server was doing everything he could he was a star and I wish I could remember his name but he hustled the whole time and was the glue that made our experience come together.!!

The food and service was great. It is a little pricey but it is well worth it.

Interesting menu that allows customers to build their meal with choices of main protein, accompanying sauces, and two sides. Enjoyed the ahi tuna, risotto, brussel sprouts, pork, garlic mashed potatoes, and Gouda cheese sauce. Helpful servers.

Very over rated and overpriced. We had a group of 15 with only 1 waiter. We waited over an 1 hour and 30 min for food. The food was not good and not season at all!

I recently visited Jack’s restaurant and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The salmon I ordered was overly salty, making it difficult to enjoy, which was a real letdown given the price. The interior, while spacious, felt dated and didn’t match the high prices of the food. It didn’t have the ambiance I expected for the cost. For what they charge, I expected a more refined atmosphere and better-quality dishes. Definitely not worth it for the money.

Jacks food is delicious!! Hands down THE BEST steaks you will eat! The Mac n cheese is scrumptious also.We did frequent Jacks regularly @least once or twice a month but the last time we realized the prices had increased sufficiently. We will continue to eat @ Jack's but on special occasions!

We were traveling back from CT and got stuck in construction traffic. We were hungry and between major towns, so we looked at the upcoming areas and decided on Jack's in Wilson. When we arrived, the parking lot was empty, and we thought it was due to the holiday. The chef was in the parking lot and he informed us they close between lunch and dinner, but said if we got in before 2, they would seat us.
Skeptical, we went in and expected the manager and hostess to refuse us, but surprisingly, they did not.
We sat in the bar, got drinks and the bartender said she was on until 3 and she would take care of us and not to rush.
The lunch was an overall pleasant experience. The gumbo was good and the chicken quesadilla was flavorful and a huge portion from what I am used to. My partner had a wedge salad, and we closed out our meal with a fried banana cheesecake with ice cream and caramel. As I have a sweet tooth and like variety, I was so pleased with the dessert selections.
The decor is a bit dated as I (we) thought we were in a scene from Goodfellas, but the friendly, accommodating service and excellent food gave us the needed boost and respite we needed.
Do not know if their menu changes for dinnrr, but we have marked it down to try it when we travel north, again.
