I had the maple bourbon salmon which was absolutly amazing. The sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts were a perfect compliment to the meal. We were on our way back to PA or it would be a restaurant that we would go to regularly.
My husband and I decided on Jack’s when heading home from Raleigh. It was a last minute decision but a tasty surprise. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable, nothing fancy and that’s ok. They brought out waters and bread with strawberry butter almost immediately after we were seated. Disappointed! Caesar salad was over dressed and soggy croutons were hard as rocks. The shrimp and grits was soupy and lukewarm. Calamari was not crispy and was chewy. Overall not a good experience.
