I had a very disappointing experience at this Jersey Mike’s location. The store was noticeably dirty, and I had to ask the cashier to change his gloves after he rang me up and then tried to prepare food with the same pair—completely unacceptable. I quietly pointed it out, and only then did he change them. To make matters worse, the food made my daughter extremely sick and upset my stomach as well. Definitely won’t be returning.

Employees here aren’t as friendly as the other one here in Wilson near I-95. Also as soon as I walked in an old, foul smell slapped me in the face and it smelt it the entire time I was there.

Delicious everytime. Employees are always welcoming.

One of my favorite restaurants, I had an issue with my order and manager John resolved my issue with the quickness and upmost generosity, thank you again for you and your staff excellent customer service!!

Straight to the Point ... Scott Needs a Raise, A real Raise, at least a Dollar more an hour. My Wife and I came in After a late High School Basketball Game. Scott instantly greeted us with a smile, took our order, helped other employees out and knew the menu without even looking at it. We Frequent Restaurants in Wilson and being from the 80's we experienced customer service that just doesn't Exist any more, So When You see a young man that takes his time to learn the menu, have excellent customer service, he was able to help out his peers while also giving excellent customer service to the folks that were in front of him. I don't know what this kid makes, however I know he deserves a dollar more an hour or even more. This is a person you want to run a Jersey Mikes One Day.

I have been to this Jersey Mike's several times since the discount for Barton students was added. I've always been very happy with the friendliness of the staff and have been happy with the sandwiches that I have received.

Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian sandwiches listed on the menu.

Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free bread, which my friend with celiac was very grateful for.

Parking: I've never had a problem finding parking near this location.

Kid-friendliness: I've seen kids in this location several times and they seem to be kid-friendly.
