Straight to the Point ... Scott Needs a Raise, A real Raise, at least a Dollar more an hour. My Wife and I came in After a late High School Basketball Game. Scott instantly greeted us with a smile, took our order, helped other employees out and knew the menu without even looking at it. We Frequent Restaurants in Wilson and being from the 80's we experienced customer service that just doesn't Exist any more, So When You see a young man that takes his time to learn the menu, have excellent customer service, he was able to help out his peers while also giving excellent customer service to the folks that were in front of him. I don't know what this kid makes, however I know he deserves a dollar more an hour or even more. This is a person you want to run a Jersey Mikes One Day.

I have been to this Jersey Mike's several times since the discount for Barton students was added. I've always been very happy with the friendliness of the staff and have been happy with the sandwiches that I have received.

Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian sandwiches listed on the menu.

Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free bread, which my friend with celiac was very grateful for.

Parking: I've never had a problem finding parking near this location.

Kid-friendliness: I've seen kids in this location several times and they seem to be kid-friendly.

I'm not sure what his name was but the guy that was answering phones around 645 tonight is amazing!!!
I have been stuck at work for 13 hours and just wanted something refreshing to eat that wasn't greasy fast food. I can't leave work for another 2 hours, so I ordered on door dash. But you can't make any requests or modify any sandwiches on door dash. So I called to see if they'd do it for me if I placed my order, I just wanted a club sub but switch out the bacon for ham. The guy was absolutely amazing about it and my sub is exactly what I wanted. So thank you so much sir!! You have made my day 10000x better!

I always love Jersey Mike's. Never had an issue with this place I used to be a Subway fan at the moment I tasted a Jersey Mike's sandwich I stayed with Jersey Mike. You guys keep up the great work
