Messed my order up after confirming in the store then had to go back 10 minutes each way to have the girl argue with me before showing her it was a chicken cheesesteak vs what I ordered. Just frustrating wasting time energy and money

We were staying in a hotel behind this location and ordered uber eats fairly late. Thru accepted the order and it arrived fast. The bread was fresh and the orders were correct. My only complaint is my BLT had very little bacon. So the bread to fillings ratio was way off

Celiac friendly! This location was so great with my son's order. It's been so hard while traveling to find safe places to eat. The staff were on top of changing gloves, wiping surfaces, etc. and they were so friendly and accommodating. They made sure his gluten free sandwich stayed separate and made sure I was aware which sub was which in my order. Will definitely make it a dedicated stop whenever traveling through.

I work long hours and sometimes do not have time to cook. Decided I wanted a sub tonight. I thought I order by the Walmart but was redirected back to this location (this was my fault not paying attention) anywho , glad I was! As soon as I walked through the door , a greeting ??? Amazing ! Order already ready ! My goshhhh ! Get home and the sub is heavy and hot and my added note of pickles ( that I love very much ) was even up there ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜. To the whole team , thank thank ! 100/100

If I could give more stars, I would. Although I often appreciate Jersey Mikes for its high quality and focus on well-made sandwiches, the service here was top notch. My sandwich was perfectly made allowing flavors from every ingredient to shine. The team, working joyfully together toward exceptional guest service, was a pleasure to watch. Kudos to the management for creating such a great work environment. I will definitely remember this location for future trips along I-95.

Arrived for pickup order 5pm we came at 5:08pm. Went to get sweet tea it was out so had to wait for new brew. Ordered for specific time as was in town for state softball tournament, so only familiar with places around hotel. No manager approached said sorry. Employee brewed, tasted to see if it was sweet, turned away from me and walked away—-no acknowledgement of my wait NOTHING. I’m in a service industry and I ALWAYS acknowledge my clients when there is ANY delay. Oh well!! Food is great service lacking.

I love Jersey Mike's and started eating there over subway because of the amount of meat they put on there sandwiches. But the last few times I have picked food up from the store the meat is getting less and less but the price is still going up. I don't mind paying more for a sandwich but make it worth it . Guess I will start going to Jimmy's
