Always happy with my purchases from this Jimmy John's and the employees are so nice. My order is always accurate and fresh, their Jimmy Peppers are so, so good and I love their jalapeño chips. I hope someday they consider a sub in a bowl option for those who are gluten free.

This location is managed by Stark, he’s been stellar since the first day I met him. He’s friendly, fun to chat with and constantly on the move. I really hope the Ownership recognizes how valuable he has been for this location.
Friendliness, cleanliness and order processing time is key to visiting restaurants such as this one and great employees are difficult to find. We’re typically in and out in under a few minutes. That’s a win-win for us. Keep up the great work everyone!

I applied for a job at Jimmy Johns on indeed. They replied swiftly asking for my driver license and insurance for the delivery driver position. After submitting within a hour or next day. After that they sent me emails and texts asking me to set up an interview. I had set the interview for 2:45 pm today I was there inside at 2:40 pm I was greeted by two white men. I stated my name and that I was there for a interview and requested he let the hiring manager know I was there. The guy went to the back and came back out, but never acknowledged me that someone would be out to interview me or any. The employees continued doing what they were doing. A couple driver Thru orders no inside customers. At this point its 3pm noone ever came out to interview. The atmosphere felt races and I NEVER USE THIS CARD. People of color do not apply here.

I Ordered # 7, Iltalian Sub with extra Tomato and Jalapeno Peppers. Cost $9.77. Got home and there NO MEAT in the sandwich. Really. Store # 3889, in Wilson, NC.I called them and talked to the Asst. Manager they are suppose to refund my payment back to my card and I can get a free one.
Super disappointed in my lunch, there is no meat on this sandwich but a tiny little sliver and drenched in mayo, it's so disgusting and disappointing, going back to Jersey Mikes..

The Jimmy John’s sandwiches are GREAT…the bread is soooo good, I was eating there about 3 to 4 times a week. They are so polite and the customer service is excellent. If you go, get the #7 regular with chips, drink and a brownie, you won’t regret it.
