I’ve been here 4 times now after a coworker recommendation and every time the food is consistently great. I would go as far as saying it’s my favorite hibachi spot right now. The owner is very nice and always has us check the food before we go even though I know it’ll look good every time. The portions are bigger than other hibachi places I go to. Highly recommend this spot!

The seating is right on top of each other your elbow to elbow with people. The server was kind and had us taken care of fast tho. The food was ok. The pepper chicken is good. My biggest issue is it wasn’t very clean . Fingerprints counters needed cleaning . Bathrooms. The KIDS. There where two separate tables with children that where going up to the buffet alone touching everything and overfilling his plate food falling and he ruined the whole pan of pizza by accidentally flipping it around bc a child shouldn’t be serving himself. Kids hands in icecream and it’s only in water to clean the scoop after literal children had their hands on it . I personally won’t be going back.

I absolutely love the yakisoba from here!!! No matter how you order it; it’s going to be beautiful and delicious everytime. I love how proud the chef is of his work, he takes his time but no longer than 20 mins and it’s 100% worth the wait also you can order online to avoid standing in the restaurant and waiting! The inside of the restaurant is cute, I do believe it could be tended to a little better in terms of stocking items, appearance from when you first walk in, tidiness, and lay out. But aside from that it is completely wonderful! Always a hidden treasure!

Steak dry, chicken dry, shrimp rubbery. Fried rice lol it's white rice with soy sauce. The place smells, the decor isn't Japanese (other than one piece). I had to ring the bell twice and still wait five minutes before the cashier came out, then wait another 30 for my food

The food is always BOMB! I spent $30 for the Hibachi Steak and shrimp plate along with just veggie yakisoba noodles. I paid for the food and immediately asked to add on a drink 🥃 once I noticed the drinks didnt come with. He was like “Oh my god’” Like dang I just spent $30 for 2 plates and had no problem paying extra for a drink but since it was such a hard job for you to add on a $2 drink i was just like forget it! I got the food only because its so good but the service is garbage!!

Got the seafood yakisoba. Got four small pieces of shrimp that were burnt to a crisp/black char on one side and a small sliver of overcooked salmon. I asked for it spicy, it was not. Total waste of money and let down. It used to be good wonder what happened?

DO NOT ORDER THE STEAK. It is very tough, you can not even stick a fork in it. I was unable to chew it and I could not cut it. We ordered three dinners where steak was the main item. We spent $48.01 and it was a waste of money. I called back 15 mins before they closed and they offered to remake the steak but would not refund the money. I was unable to return to get the food because I was more than 30 mins from the restaurant. They offered to replace it the following day. I did not feel the food was worth the time and gas money to go get it. They have lost a good customer. I eat Japanese food with my family 1-2 times per week and will never order food from this restaurant ever again. Trust me order from Fuji in Wilson. The food is much much better and you can chew it. Katana also reused to refund my money for the steak even though I could not make it back in time. So, we had to buy food at another location. They were difficult to deal with and the asked me to repeat my request about 5 times which I felt was a ploy to discourage me from trying to resolve my complaint. They are just SORRY, SORRY, AND SORRY.

If you’re looking for something to eat around the Wilson train station this is the place to go! 2 very large portions of veggies and hibachi chicken with drinks too! For only $25 and it was delicious! Highly recommend!!

Made order was very simple. I asked for white rice only 3 minutes later to be told they only have fried rice. Asked if there were veggies in the rice it self cashier was rude and unprofessional when answering. Telling me I should have asked before I ordered. When they needed to change what I wanted not me. I will not be eating there again nor will I advise anyone I know to be subjected to rudeness without a reason
