I am highly disappointed! For the past few months this location has gone downhill. For the most part, the fried chicken tastes awful! I bought a bucket of crispy & original, supposedly mixed. I could not tell the difference. All looked & tasted more crispy. It wasn't good! Too greasy & salty. KFC Corporate, do you need a new manager or cook? Perhaps, both?

Had mobile order. Drive time was 10 minutes to store. Still had to wait additional 5 minutes for order to be cooked. Order was 2 potto bowls. Food still tasted like it had been sitting out for the day. Also guy on speaker needs to learn how to speak clearly. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE COLD FOOD.

Good service nice people but the reason I give it 3 stars I because I got a moldy biscuit and they didn't care overall that don't happen much so it's pretty good
I didn't realize they had a 9 pc. I tried ordering an 8pc with an extra Breast and the Employee at the window informed me it's cheaper to get the 9pc Box! That is what I appreciate. The chicken was cooked well done and the fresh.

I dont normally leave reviews for a quick lunch break but when I went in I immediately noticed they were short staffed yet the dining area and kitchen looked immaculate, I know I might mispell the names but shadae and beranda were great, and friendly and with it being short staffed when I was there they were doing multiple things while still maintaining customer flow
