I didn't realize they had a 9 pc. I tried ordering an 8pc with an extra Breast and the Employee at the window informed me it's cheaper to get the 9pc Box! That is what I appreciate. The chicken was cooked well done and the fresh.

Unfortunately the chicken is not good anymore it’s not clean so if u don’t order extra crispy it’s very soggy and or slimy so I only get strips or the potpie which is actually very good

I dont normally leave reviews for a quick lunch break but when I went in I immediately noticed they were short staffed yet the dining area and kitchen looked immaculate, I know I might mispell the names but shadae and beranda were great, and friendly and with it being short staffed when I was there they were doing multiple things while still maintaining customer flow

I can not recommend this location anymore. The kids who work drive thru are usually nice & friendly. The food on the other hand has not been fresh. Chicken was so dark like over cooked. Watery potatoes. Not hot fresh last 2 times & this brownie promo (do not do it) flaky old on top raw on bottom. Nasty. And date stickers? Not fresh for real

Ordered my food online. Waited about 10 minutes because i had to leave the house & go to the restaurant. Got there expecting my food to be cooking and almost done. And i got here to a bunch of hollering and playing and for them to tell me that my chicken hadn't even been dropped. & it would be 20 minutes. Was a waste of time ordering ahead of time to sit in the restaurant waiting. Its not like i didn't pay online. So what they were waiting on was beyond me. I don't care for kfc food to begin with. But i thought i would try to extra crispy chicken. & it honestly wasnt worth the wait. The whole experience was really a waste of my time and money. But this is really why i haven't ate here in years. Never cared for the original recipe & dont care to wait 20 to 30 minutes for food i ordered and paid for online. I won't be back for that reason.
